Well trained staffs that focused mainly on quality and sanitation with excellent customer service skills. Theyre known for their zero gravity chair that fully reclined after the pedicure is completed. Theyre also known for their gel manicure lasting up to 3 weeks. They also have a loyalty program that they will keep track for you in their computer system. The salon is spotless and they used a dentist professional autoclave to sterilized their tools.

Best nail salon in Milwaukee! I go to Qticles every 3 weeks for a no-chip manicure. The owners know their clients by name, they are very professional and nice and the staff is on-point. The space is modern, clean and relaxing. They have lots of no chip color options. I highly recommend this salon - be sure to make an appointment, they are very popular and always busy. Tips are in cash only.

I love this place! I get my mani - pedis done here often. Fast friendly service, great people. The work I have had done is of a better quality than any other nail service in the area. They also stay involved in the Shorewood community and support the schools with financial donations as well as product and service donations.

Went there with my sister for her birthday, first pedicure I have ever gotten and loved every minute of it. My feet have never felt so smooth before and the staff is friendly and professional. Great service and solid work. I might even stop by myself next time!

I had the worst eyebrow wax ever. She cut my eyebrows too short, left areas of no hair in my brow and when I told the owners or managers/front desk people their response was "Oh." It was too bad, the massaging chair was great and I had high hopes.
