I purchased an LED Light product for gel nails RECOMMENDED from an employee, only to get home and find out it was broken. With WET gel rubbing on EVERYTHING, I drove back to buy a more expensive one. They closed the door on me, and told me (through the glass door) to go to a Sallys across town!!! Not to mention I couldnt even find the other, and by that time gel was all over my phone, car and shirt. I will never go back there, and if I could give them a negative I would gladly do so.

I had a horrible experience at this location. With people like her working for the company they will surely not last much longer. She is very rude and horrible at her job. I NEVER had such horrible service until I ran into her. I called corporate on her but I doubt much will ever happen to her just by the way she treated me I could tell they probably wont do much to her.

Clerk un knowledgeable about products, and not willing to help me find product even though I was the only customer in the store. Another employee came from the back I asked her the same question re nail product & she gladly assisted me, she didnt know the products either but was willing to help.

I wish I could give it a zero. Im glad to see the store is closing. The women that work there seem to assume that everyone is a thief. Most uncomfortable experience ever. Good riddance.

Its closed. The building is closed down and gone. I walked an hour to get there to find out it was closed down.
