The worst experience in years! I had been visiting from California and needed to have my hair done for a video shoot. I wanted my hair a bit darker blond than before. I had been to this salon before, so I thought I could trust the owner Munem. NOT SO! He had too many people overlappingly booked and passed me on to some young, unexperienced person. My color came out WAY TOO DARK. When I confronted Munem about this, he was defensive and horrible. He said it was my fault. It was just an awful experience. He never apologized. I was in agony due to my need of getting ready for the video shoot. I had to find another hairdresser to fix my hair. I had to spend over $400 to get my hair corrected and spent over $250 with Munem and Capricio Salon. Munem acted dishonest and without integrity. He could have offered to help me out and fix this situation. But he chose to act righteous and just overall awful. A TRUE NIGHTMARE of an experience. When you go there DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU ARE 100% SATISFIED! Munem will NEVER HONOR anything and he will not credit you back anything PLUS he will be DEFENSIVE and make you the bad person. And here you see once again the same response from the salon. So many clients had the same or similar experience/response as I had. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON AND Look at this response from the salon to a client who truly is unhappy. THIS owner does NOT KNOW how to honor clients who are unhappy and turn them into happy clients. Heres a copy of the defensive, unprofessional response: "Response from the owner a year ago": Hello Tiffany , Thank you so much for your feed back, as we regret that you were not happy with the service that was provided to you.. Your feed back much appreciated as we strive to meet our guests high expectations some challenges we might face through out the process. Also want you to know that we do not offer any discount when we are dealing with color correction as your beautiful long long hair has previously been colored and due to the texture porasity and the intifrity of the hair was a big player on the amount of color and amount of time it took to achieve the look you were requesting. As you leaving the salon everyone was impressed with result including your self, not sure what has change?? However if you want us to take a look at it again and work with you to make you happy and make it right for you, please give us a second chance to do so??? Victoria Garcia

I cant believe this salon got this high of views. I really cant. I went 2 years ago. My hair finally grew back from that dreadful experience. 1. They totally lied about Brazilian Blowouts. They are not "all natural." Your curl will not survive the treatment. I got the process because they told me it would eliminate the frizz. What I didnt know was that it was a complete assault on my natural hair and eyes! Formaldehyde was burning my eyes for hours while they had to seal the keratin in every small section of hair. They also performed a color before the treatment telling me it was safe. That was my first color. I didnt know any better. They did not comb my hair before the color went in. They had a misunderstanding over my hair color which turned my highlights pretty orange for a month. When she finally finished sealing the treatment in, I had to go under the water again to have it washed it out. The next customer had arrived and the stylist asked me if I wanted to just leave with my hair not straightened. Note: I had just finished paying them $600 for myself and a future appointment for my mom so Im pretty sure I should have not been asked that. Also, my curl pattern was destroyed, the only thing I could do was wear it straight so Im not sure why she tried to rush me out unsatisfied. 2. 2 months after the treatment, my hair started dreading. Not to mention, my curl was RUINED (completely gone). It was stringy. It got tangled. At 6 months, my color would grow out, but my length was the same. Every time my hair grew, it broke off at the ends. It was very fragile. Split ends were everywhere. It was a mess. 3. Fast forward to almost TWO years later (just short of 2 months), and my hair is finally holding onto its length. Im pretty sure with this story, they remember who I am, though I never called and complained. I was so frustrated with them when other salons told me how the process was SUPPOSED to go that I just couldnt even deal with telling them. Do I want my money back? Hell yeah, but we live and learn. My curls just finally came fully back a few months ago and my hair is the longest its been in years (now that the old stuff is 95% gone), but my fear of hair salons just arent quite over.

Great service & people! I went to Capricio for the first time for a cut and highlight correction. I had a serious hair disaster at a Brookfield hair salon and went to Capricio because I was recommended by a friend. I went in there and honestly thought to myself I dont care what she does but I just need my highlights corrected. Well, I was absolutely impressed from the minute I walked into the door. Right away the receptionist took my bag and coat to hang up. She offered me a drink and I didnt even have to wait 5 minutes to be called for my appointment. The receptionist delivered my coffee to me which I was also really impressed with. When I sat down I explained the horrible situation that I got myself into and needed my hair to be fixed. She went through a thorough consultation with me. We talked about the products I use and how when she is done fixing my hair the suggested products can help improve the quality of my hair and color even more. I really liked how she also discussed the positive and negatives of the current products I was using. She didnt immediately tell me that what I was using was incorrect, just gave me the positives and then showed how it wouldnt benefit me because of the condition my hair was in and the types of highlights I told her I wanted to achieve. During the process of fixing my hair she explained step by step what was going on. From when she was mixing the dye to why she was folding the foil in my hair. During the conditioning and wash process the head massage was fabulous! Also she put a hot towel on my head while the conditioner has to sit, then I wasnt cold! Overall the experience was an exceptional one. I was very impressed and they now have a new customer! I would definitely recommend Capricio for anyone searching for a reliable, professional, and perfect salon. Not only for hair but massages, waxing, threading, color, makeup etc.

I have been in Milwaukee for 4 years now and have been to almost every Salon in the downtown area, and after getting my hair done by SLADE, I can hands down say that it is by far the best place to go in Milwaukee, and I will go nowhere else!!! The customer experience was awesome! For those of you who have been to Neroli, Capricio has similar decor and top notch customer service similar to Nerolli. When I left capricio, I felt like I had just left a day spa, when all I had done was get my hair done. I can not even begin to boast enough about Slade! First of all, I called the day of and Capricio was the only salon in Milwaukee that had an appointment available after 5pm on a thursday night. Slade took the time out of his Thursday night to do my hair, with no complaints. Slade has been working in the industry for 15+ years, and it is very obvious he knows his stuff! Slade only uses the top of the line coloring products and techniques, and if your curious about the differences in products or the history of hair styling, he knows that too!! I am a blonde, and I have found over the years it is very difficult to convey exactly what shade or color combo of blonde I usually want, and I usually end up with a "blah" feeling when coming out of the salon. I showed Slade maybe 2-3 pictures of how I would like my hair to look and I left the rest up to him. I have never been so pleased with the results! I will never go to another hair stylist again while in Milwaukee. Slade knows what looks good and wont let you leave the Salon any other way!! Capricio and Slade lived up to and beyond my expectations!
