I have read many bad reviews for Fuller Car wash, but didnt pay attention until I went to this one in Aurora. One day went there, it was a little busy and the Tahoe in front of me went off the track. This caused the Tahoe to stop in place, while my car kept inching closer. It was like a scene from final destination. My car ramed the Tahoe, as the car behind me ramed me and so on.. about 5 cars were involved. They stopped the wash, allowed all cars to get out and we all pulled around by the office while we tried to figure out what happened and what to do. Either the man driving the Tahoe moved his steering wheel or the employee in the entrance of the car wash was not paying attention while he aligned the wheels to the track. The Manager put all blame on the Tahoe driver, he got mad and called the police to make a report. But the police man said he cant do anything for us because we are on private property and if the manager asks us to leave we have to obey. My car got a huge dent in the front and back and the manager would not even offer us another car wash to wash off all the soap. I found another car wash but I feel bad for the people that go there not knowing how management is like. ALSO, their vacuums suck, not literally. They dont have the suction power to suck up dirt. Even small specks of dirt were left untouched.

I GOT AN OIL CHANGE...THEY STOLE MY ENGINE COVER!!! I went in with my receipt and talked to the manager who was of no help. I know they stole my engine cover because just the day before I filled my windshield fluid reservoir under my hood and my engine cover was on. Changing the oil does not require removing the engine cover so I guess one of their techs needed an engine cover and stole mine. I had only used this place for an occasional quick wash, but decided to try their $19.95 oil change. NEVER AGAIN!!! The cost to replace my engine cover is $86. Lesson learned... cheap means beware... and ALWAYS inspect under my hood immediately after getting service.

I came in for an oil change and asked the manager is the detail shop could look at a scrape on the back left side of my bumper. He told me we can take care of that no problem. I asked for a quote and he just asked me to pull up to detail center. He then explained to the detailer the situation, remover the scrape immediately and told me it was free and not to worry about being charged. I also had my oil changed and the mechanics were very helpful and friendly. This is the only place Ill be bringing my cars from here on out. Thank you soo much Fuller for all youve done, and keep up the excellent work you provide to your customers.

I come here quite often and the car wash left a very small scratch on the side of my car one day but I didnt mind it too much. This time, however, while I was going through for a basic wash, I heard a heavier grinding noise and felt a vibrating sensation and thats what it did. It heavily scratched my left rear bumper and also the trunk. I went back and talked to the owner about it and showed him the spots and half way through, he rudely denied it and walked away. So I called the police and now Im waiting on them. Definitely not coming back here. Not a reliable car wash nor good customer care.

I recommend this place for minor issues those guys can make it. Oil change replace the break pads. They are good in these and pretty fast. most days auto service lanes are not too crowded so it is expected to get your car done for an oil change roughly 20 mints or less . I live close so every once and awhile I stop by for an oil change or so.my big concern is some of their mechanics are lacking experiences. It seems to me it would be hard to figure out mechanical troubles easily. Friendly staff, large cleaning waiting room, fast service overall.

TERRIBLE! Scheduled a price quote over the phone for a complete full (everything) detail. Get to the appt. only to find out the CSR didnt quote me all of the pkgs. After deciding to take the better pkg, now costing me $50 more, they considered my 2013 Toyota Venza hatchback "a SUV" & wanted to charge an additional $50.00. After arguing with management about my process, I decided to go elsewhere. I would not go to any extremes to spend my money where management doesnt know how to properly resolve issues.

Much too expensive. Most services are charged individually which makes pricing difficult. I returned to pick up my car to find a stain still on my driver side leather seat, a poor vacuum job, no wheel brite, and filthy tires. The tab was $40. When I complained, I was told the interior clean for $20 did not include seats. Huh?? The $20 exterior wash does not include wheels- ridiculous! The manager is equally ridiculous and likes to talk in circles and riddles.

This is a fully automated car wash... And on this sloppy winter day it was constantly in use. Before entering the entry gates, make sure you have your credit card or cash ready at hand: if theres a line behind you, other customers will expect you to keep up the pace as you move on to the automatic wash-and-dry line. When I drove out, I was pleased to find my car was well cleaned and dried, with no sign of surface soap residue or scratches from the rotary brushes.

Ive been taking my four cars here for over 10 years. I have never had an issue with cost or service. Ive never been up sold on services or felt pressured to replace anything I didnt ask for. The shop is clean and well organized. The techs and customer service folks are friendly and professional. Free exterior wash with oil change is icing on the cake.

I bought a full detail car was for $25 and the cleaning guys did a horrible job cleaning my SUV. After they said it was completed, i had to go in and take the vacuum and clean the car myself. Do not recommend buying any package higher than the $3 outside wash here.

Low cost oil change with a free exterior car wash...and free vacuum. I have been going here for years and they are always courteous and do a great job. They also have a $3 car wash which is nice. Never had any issues.

Very expensive and they dont give cash back to tip. Have to use an ATM where you obviously pay a few dollars in fees just to tip a few dollars. I will be looking for a new car wash.

Pretty good value. The vacuums give good suction, overall a nice establishment with a friendly staff from what I have seen. Only one vacuum per car, wish it were two.

Decent prices, but the automatic wash rips mirrors, molding, and license plate covers off. $175 of repairs on a NEW CAR after 1 trip through this thing.
