Management/owners are very unresponsive. Attempted to use touchless automatic in March (lane was open, no sign/cone/etc). Machine took my credit card, then door opened... HOWEVER, no cleaning was performed (I stayed inside for 5 minutes). Called BOTH numbers posted on door, left voicemails 3 times. No response for 1+ weeks (disputed charge with credit card to get refund). The unresponsiveness is extremely unprofessional and rude. If the touchless automatics do NOT work... put up a sign that says so!

They used to keep up with equipment here but lately they have at least on bay closed down for repairs every time I come and I am a frequent flyer here. Now they dont even have the automatic car wash bays open during winter months. I would highly recommend going to Tyler Car Wash in St. Charles instead of Clean Steam anymore even though it is out of the way.

The automatic wash stole my money. I put my $6 in and pulled up to trigger the wash, but it wouldnt start. I called the phone number and left a message for Keith, but he never called me back. Stay away from this place.
