This was the worst experience ever. The belt did not release a car 2 vehicles ahead of me and we ended up hitting the car ahead and the car behind us hit us. We were wedged between the two cars and our car ended going sideways on the belt. When I spoke with the area manager he was rude and expected us to go to a place for repairs that was completely inconvenient for us. My husband had to take personal time to drop off and pick up the car since the repair place only is open 9-5. Then I had to argue a rental car. I offered to take it to my place and pay the difference for repairs and was told if I want it fixed I had to go to the place they recommend. On top of it all my car was still dirty. There was never an apology for ruining my car and was almost argumentative. I would have been more willing to work it out if he treated me better. It was almost an attitude like if I wanted repairs I had to do it their way and their way only. Then we were supposed to be left a check and of course when we went to pick it up it was not there. I will never go back there again. This was our first time and it was horrible.

Went lastnight to clean my car of winter mess. Came out thinking it was looking good. Went home woke up pulled car out of garage and to my surprise my car never came clean. I have cross marks all over my car front, back and sides. I have never been to a car wash where it makes my car look worse. Will be telling everyone I know about this place and showing pictures to boot. Especially since it is a garage kept car.

I brought our white 2016 Chevy Traverse here, so I could get her cleaned up inside and out. The free vacuum doesnt work well at all. They are so close together that you cant open the door and use the darn thing. I think I paid 10 bucks for the Reg. Wash and a hot wax. What I got looked pretty clean, but upon further inspection there was alot of dirt left on the car. I wont waist my money here anymore.

Good spot for a quick wash. Free vacuums. Does oil changes. Pricey washes though. Always seems my car isnt 80% clean, let alone 100% even with a $10.00 wash. The air dry at the end is sufficient, but having someone to quickly hand dry a la delta sonic is better. If you choose between a gas station and here, go here. However, clean image down the road or delta sonic is better for my money.

Even with the long lines is pretty fast, however, the per had went out 3 times while I have been in the middle of a wash and I think losing power screws up the package selection for each vehicle. Also the heated dry always leaves water on my black jeep and when I get home there are already water spots on the vehicle

Paid for the 18 dollar wash and car was dirty on all sides when we came out. Luis said we could go through again (he was very friendly) but a second time through the top of the line wash didnt help either. Extremely disappointed. If I wasnt running behind I would have asked for my money back.

Not your normal carwash! Dont have to align your tires to go in-between rails! They have a conveyor that u drive onto so they can accommodate oversized off-road tires! First time ever that I can take my jeep with 35s through a carwash! Love it and it does a great job!

If I could give it no stars I would. This is a carwash you would go to if you hated your car. It did nothing but scratch and chip the paint off my car. I would talk to the employees or manager about it but if I did I would run late to an appointment. What a waste of money

On more than one occasion I paid for an upgraded service( triple foam, tire shine, hot wax, rain repellent) to later find out I was rushed through the car wash and never received what I paid for. My car never came out clean or dry. This place is a waste of money.

I gave him a one-star because the car wash sucks the Que is always off by 1 car somebody else is getting my car wash i paid for but the people are nice and refund me my money but who want to go thru the was 2 to 3 times before u get the right one

Horrible! I know my car was a mess to begin with, but why is there still soap on my side view mirrors? The heated dry left water all over my car and to be honest, I coulda done better with a hose. Definitely a bad option! Worst $5 ever spent!

First time I went there for an oil change they stripped my oil plug and pretended like it was already like that. Now I have to replace my oil pan. Do yourself a favor and have a mechanic that is familiar with using wrenches change the oil.

I have the monthly pass and usually go through 4-5 times a week. Its an automatic carwash, does a pretty good job for what it is. Usually not a wait here, but during the busy seasons there can be a pretty long wait. Not that often though.

Its an automatic wash so dont expect great results. I was disappointed to find it doesnt wash the undercarriage of your vehicle. I think that is a must with all the salt on the roads. For that reason I dont recommend this place.

My Truck always comes out spotless. I love this place!! Workers are very friendly and always hard at work. I come here all the time and never have I been disappointed. All my friends and family come here, and they love it too!

Spent 18 bucks on a car wash and when we were done there was still several dirty spots that had zero water on them during the wash and my wheels still had brake dust all over. I was very unimpressed with this car wash.

The manager is incredibly rude and has some mind of complex despite the fact he is running a carwash. The employees are nice, but management is so repugnant, Ill find somewhere else to wash my vehicle.

Never cleans my car efficiently. I always have spots left on my car, and it is a waste of money. When the car wash does clean my car, its rare. The vacuums arent great either. I would try gas and wash.

Jets freeze during winter and leave vehicles dirty. Never does a great job. Signed up for texts to get coupons a year ago...received 1 so far. Monthly wash expensive for such a crap job.

Pretty decent automatic car wash. But, if its been a while since youve washed your car, you may need to get a few spots by hand. Also, free vacuums even if you didnt get a wash!
