They sent me an email requesting that I write a review. Odd since I did that back in May. However I did want to do an update. I changed my rating from 4 stars to 3. The service is just too inconsistent. It is very dependent on who the yard or lot leader is at the time. They only seem to have one good one. So when the others are on duty everyone is goofing off. I often dont get the back of the SUV vacuumed or inside rear windows done. I occasionally get bugs on my car when I go long distances and they never get cleaned off. Not even after several washes. They need better training of their people and much better supervision. I will still go here from time to time instead of every time. I didnt purchase my coupon book again when it ran out this time. I am going to wait a while before I try them again.

I have been using this car wash for years. I always leave a ten dollar bill and change in a container in my car for emergencies. After getting my car washed on Monday afternoon I later realized that it was missing. I went back on Wednesday morning to speak to a manager. The woman I spoke to gave me a lame apology and told me I shouldnt leave valuables in the car. I was very disappointed with her response and will not be going back. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This place does sub par work for the price. Ive been coming here for the summer because its convenient but today is my last time. My back seat was full of dog hair and instead of cleaning it they told me I needed to buy an additional package for that. My seats are leather so this was a simple matter of wiping down the seats. Overall the dont do a terrible job but if you spend $25 on a car wash you shouldnt have to go home and finish it.

Damm this place, I paid $ 25 and received the worst customer service asked to meet the manger he had zero respect for customers, he have ZERO experience for how to handle customer. I have no idea who hired him to be a manager. They gave me my car with the dirty spots all over the car. asking for more money if i wanted to remove it. I went home and with clean towel removed them. Dont recommend their service to anyone.

Normally their service is just fine for the normal wash, but I sent one of my guys in to get a more expensive detail recently and they were actually quite rude regarding the fact that an appointment was required. It was our first time doing a full detail and it would have been more helpful if they had walked us through the process and taken a reservation. I took my business elsewhere.

I have used these people for over 15 years and I will tell you they are outstanding. Sergio is the manager and sees to it that the vehicles are clean and most importantly they use clean towels to do the windows. Anyone that has had a bad experience must have brought in a car or truck that hadnt been washed in a year and they wanted it to look like new for $15.00.

Nice enough place with several options for washes ans quick lube service. Quality of wash will vary with the time you visit, less busy times gives them more time to work on your vehicle. Wash passes offer a fair savings over the course of many washes. Unlimited wash passes also available.

Had my Ray Ban sunglasses stolen from the center counsel today. The on-site manager was very nice and there was nothing he could do but ask me to come back another day to speak w/ upper mgmt. I live in the city so this is unlikely. Watch your valuables folks.

I had an oil change, new battery put in per their request, and a car wash. My battery is two days old and corroding, none of my fluids were topped during my oil change, and the floor in my backseat was not vacuumed.

Ive only been here once, but they were friendly and did a good job on my car. I only got a car wash, and they did a hand vacuum and hand dried with dressing on the tires. There was also a 3 day guarantee.

This place does horrible. If your going to pay $30 for a "platinum" wash, why is thete still dirt on my car. This place is not worth the cash at all I recommend going anywhere else but here.
