Just left location in Crest Hill, was referred by Bill Jacobs Chevy to have them detail my SUV. While waiting had to use restroom, after washing my hands I noticed there was nothing to dry my hands. I asked a man in the office as it was across from the restroom if he had any paper towels he replied with a nasty attitude NO. I looked at him and replied WOW, he then repeated I said "NO" i replied well you dont have to be so rude, he commented well "Im having a rough day" i once again looked at him and walked out got into my vehicle and left. To spend $85 and be treated like Im a problem for asking for paper towels, i would rather spend my money elsewhere. I cant beleive how I was treated, I will never recomend or go back to this location. I will also let the service advisor at Bill Jacobs know how I was treated. Unhappy customer:(
