Regardless of what time of the day it is...the service at this Delta Sonic is TOTALLY UNSAT. Maybe the manager should call the manager of the NAPERVILLE STORE to get pointers on how to successfully manage/run a Delta Sonic. The vacuums are ALWAYS clogged with something, broken, etc. Before you go through the actual car wash, you have the employees standing there spraying your car to help free/loosen the excessive dirt on your vehicles. If its early in the day the sprayer on the right (as youre sitting in your car) does an ok job of pre-spraying your car and rims and the employee on the left who works the controls does the worst job of pre-spraying your vehicle and sometimes he or she is too busy in conversation they dont even pre-spray your vehicle. As youre going through the car wash, IT SMELLS LIKE MOLD. When you go through the Delta Sonic in NAPERVILLE, IL........SO SMELLS SO GOOD. I KNOW THAT SOME OF THE READERS ON HERE CAN CONFIRM THAT THIS IS TOTALLY TRUE. When you go to the drying stations where they dry your vehicle, they ARE ABSOLUTELY USING DIRTY TOWELS TO DRY YOUR VEHICLES, THEY HALF ASS DRY YOUR CAR AND 50 percent of the time you have to tell them to put the tire shine on.........AND THEN THEYRE LOOKING FOR A TIP?????????...........REALLY. LOOK.........IF YOU NEED SOMEONE TO MANAGE THAT CAR WASH.........ID GLADLY turn that place around. Retired United States Marine of 20 years here. THIS CAR WASH IS SOOOO NASTY AND DIRTY AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO UNPRODUCTIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. GET IT TOGETHER........PLEASE!

Probably one of the worst locations of Delta Sonic Ive been to. The company takes a lot of pride of the look of the locations and is clearly new and modernized although the actual work performed is sub par. I went for only an interior and the level 1 employee did one of the worst excuses of an interior cleaning Ive ever seen. If youre going to have the face of a modernized location at least provide a decent service. Please make sure to use experienced people working in the detail shop. The few scraps of obvious trash was not thrown out like other locations but instead was shoved under the seat. The place that was supposed to be focused on was clearly not even after being explicitly told to. The mats of the car were misplaced and the bottle of oil in the trunk of my suv was put on the 2nd row of seats allowing oil to spill out. Like I previously mentioned, please just train the new employees longer before sending them to the detail shop.

Paid 33.00 for inside and out. I specifically asked the cashier girl 3x if there was a wait for interior. She said no wait. I pull around the corner . Theres a 20 mins wait.. are you kidding me. There was bird crappie that just got on the car that day. None of it came off. They did all the windows inside and out. They never wiped the dash or anything. I get outside. She hands me my keys. An asks how everything look. I thought she was kidding. Still bird crappie all over the windows. And on the car everywhere. She then tells me I can take it through again for a rewash. For the money. I want it done right the first time. I already didnt have time as I stated. I had to go home and rewipe all the windows again. They were dirtier after the wash. The streaks were horrible.. avoid this place. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY.

I come here 2 times a week at least because I have unlimited in and out ! Horrible service the interior cleaning they never clean my cup holders on in between my seat and center Concorde which I specifically ask for once they greet me ! Never whip down the doors and its always workers standing around laughing and gossiping ! I use to work at this exact location years ago so ik how the car should be clean the proper way ! I drive a 2016 grand Cherokee so it is easy to notice the things they did not touch while cleaning my car ! I still tip though Im not happy after me looking over ! Hopefully this post will help management ship things up at this establishment !

If I could give 0 stars I would! I went to get my car detailed and had a lotion bottle under my seat, they spilled the lotion all over my door didnt tell me and threw it away. So I had to come back to have them clean the door off. A claim was opened they sent a letter stating they are not at fault I called corporate and spoke with Jen( who had the worst customer service ever) stated they sent out a car wash gift card and if I didnt want it send it back or throw it away! I spend pay a month for unlimited wash and to have the inside clean Im canceling both services today n Ill never go back

Only rated it 1 star bc I had to in order to leave this review. I have a brand new car and heard a FEW good things about this place so I gave it a try, even bought a package and from the first time I knew it was too good to be true. My seats r light and I know that when they get in my car they leave scuff marks on my seats dont even wipe the dash like they say they do and they are just horrible. From the service to the friendliness they are not good at all. Only a fool would return. Im not even going to be using my last one. Id rather do it myself then let them touch it again.

Staff at Joilet Delta sonic love the idea of you knowing that they dont give a care about their job. Such lame employees. They do a horrible job and make things difficult for the customer, and have the attitude of an angry middle schooler. One of the employees scratched my car, and I let him have it. The next time I was there, he pointed and laughed, whispered something to another employee. Im not surprised this location has such a poor rating. Go to Naperville Instead, EVERYTHING including the equipment Is superior.

Everytime I come here nothing but bad service. Cars are pushed through and skipped over in the interior portion. They cant even vacuum properly. I wanted my mats washed, guy told me have to get interior shampoo for $10... ok fine, come back mats were never removed and floors not vacuumed under the mats. They never vacuum the back cargo area of the trucks either. This place is a joke for what they charge.

The only thing this place is good for is a quick wash. Then dry it yourself after they dry it. You get what you pay for. If you expect to get a high quality job for little cost then think again. If you want quality then youre going have to pay quality price. It amazes me to read previous comments about how much people have paid ($30-$40), got a low quality service and are upset about it. Wake up!

If u have a dog Do not do interior job in there. I payed almost 40 $. I just bought a car. Previous owner has a dog. I was hoping that delta sonic will do a good job,and with wacuum and steaming all the dogs fur will go away.but it is there. And Im shure that they dont know how to move back seat,and everything under there still there (((( i wish i can have my money back.
