Ive been using wise wash for years to detail/wash my cars. This year they apparently have new owners and it shows in the quality of work unfortunately. I guess the first clue that I was going to be disappointed was when I got a call a bit over 2 hours after I dropped it off that it was done. I had the platinum interior/exterior detail done. Now my car was not very dirty and is only 2 years old. It was detailed there last year as well while under old management. Initial inspection: When I went to pick up the car I first noticed the person who parked my car pulled the wheels all the way to the curb thus EMBEDDING the front nose of my car into the ground. It made a divot in the dirt. I had my wife back it out while the owner stood next to me and you could hear the crunching as it dislodged from the dirt and the plastic scraped. The owner didnt seem to mind this. I checked and there were some scratches but mostly underneath where nobody can see it. Still unacceptable but in all fairness Ive done the same thing so there are probably scratches under there already. Then I start to walk around the car and notice a few scratches that I didnt recognize but again in all fairness I dont inspect my car every day I drive it. What bothered me was the pre-canned response from the owner "that was there" for everything/anything. I didnt even blame him for anything and at this point I was just observing. I can pretty much guarantee you he had no clue if they were there or not but I can tell you he no intention of taking any responsibility for anything. Exterior detail: Moving forward around the exterior I look around the car and on the exterior there are water spots in many places, some dirt in others, water streaks from the water where it ran down the mirrors, streaks in the black and chrome from the cleaner they used on the outside B pillar area as well. All of this was easily removed w/ a second wipe down by myself but it is something I should not have to do. Basically the exterior was nothing more than a rushed sub standard wash without even a proper drying/wipe down. There was alsoresidue/powder (wax?) which i was able to wipe off with my hand in most places I looked. I also noticed the next day when rolling the windows down they didnt even bother to roll the windows down to wipe where the window sits in the track at the top as those are still filthy and you can see the outline of the cleaner they used. The owner blamed all of this on the fact the car was sitting outside for a few hours before I came to pick it up. If that was in fact the issue (it clearly wasnt based on what im describing) then why leave the car outside when you know full well the customer will be picking it up and you probably want to present them with a quality product. After I showed him the issues w/ the "wash" he offered to wash it again another time. Really? Interior detail: The car has had weather-tech mats since day 1 (2 year old car) so the carpet has never seen dirt/salt, etc. so its to be assumed the carpet would look like new and it did. I brought the carpeted floor mats with me to be cleaned and it appears they may have vacuumed them but definitely nothing more. The rest of the interior smelled great and it was clean, no complaints on the interior except they didnt roll the windows down to actually clean the area that sits in the track. No biggie there to be honest. Conclusion: Overall Im highly disappointed as this was my go to detail/wash place. I have a groupon for another detail for another car that I am debating if I will attempt to get refunded or give them another shot. If I give them another shot and have another car detailed Ill update this review to let everyone know if this was perhaps a one off occurrence but based on the non-nonchalant attitude of the owner when I showed him these things I doubt it will be. I even asked if he would accept this type of attention to detail on his own car and he would not answer me.

My USB car charger went missing after getting my car detailed here. They also did a pretty poor job detailing doe the price they charge for the "platinum detail". My seat seemed just as stained as before the detail, and they didnt even clean the engine at all. They also armor all my rubber floor mats making them very slippery. They also tried to charge the lady before me an extra $20 because her seats were dirty. Um, if the car was clean, why would you be paying to have it cleaned? The manager is quite rude and argumentative. Avoid this place at all costs.

Today I took my BEAUTIFUL Fleetwood in to have a carwash. Arrived at 3:15 they close at 4pm. Was told to get in line for a wash. After being in line behind 2 other cars for 20 minutes someone came out and said they wouldnt wash my car because they were closed. After protesting they took my car but a paid 15 dollars for windex and a little tire shine. My tires were still dirty and the chrome along the bottom of the car all the way around was just filthy. Hell to be honest I dont think they put water on my car. Damn shame.....

Ive been coming here for over a year and usually dont mind the 40 minutes it takes them to wash my car. However, I was just turned away at 2:58 pm after sitting in the bay for 10 minutes that they were closed... Their sign says they close at 6pm??? As a business owner myself, I would NEVER turn away a repeat paying customer during normal business hours They lost a great, regular customer today, and Im the guy that buys 10 washes at a time. Ill be taking my business where my time and money is appreciated!

Discovered this place last month when I moved here from California and needed a place that would do hand wash for my 2016 C450 AMG. These guys do as good of a job as any other wash with competitive pricing. Yes there might be slight missed spots at times, but what wash doesnt do that? Aside from that, owner is a nice friendly older gentleman and staff is quick and have the car ready when promised. Bottom line is I trust them with my car and would def recommend them.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. Came in with a friend and we got different packages, i got the regular $15 and he got the $30 fancy one. In the end both cars came out looking the same. On the $15 dollar package they didnt even wipe my dash, it had the same amount of dust as it had when i came in, and they did not even bother to wipe out the door threshold. Also noticed a scratch on the driver rim after the wash. Dont waste your money on their poor quality service!

I purchased an exterior car wash; when. I got home I noticed my travel mug was missing from the car. I called twice and left one message, no one called back. I went back the next day and was told that no one opened my car, even though I was in the (very messy) lobby and saw through the window that my car doors were opened. No one apologized or offered to recitify my stolen mug. The girl at the front didnt care and one of the others workers was rude.
