Took my car in last weekend for a wash. Upon exiting I noticed that they didnt look like theyd been cleaned much at all. I asked the guy who said I was ready to go why they looked that way. He said I didnt get the Ultimate Wash. When I showed him the receipt showing I did have the ultimate wash he asked me to wait in a different area. After waiting 10 minutes a person who might have been a manager came over and said they would have to scrub the rims and hed have to charge me $25!!!! When I showed him that it came off when I rubbed it with my finger he said thats what he would have to charge and that they didnt have time. So I went home and cleaned them in the same amount of time he talked to me. When I said I wouldnt be back and would post about my experience he said "OK" and turned and walked away. This is without a doubt the WORST customer service I think Ive had anywhere for anything. Dont waste your time or money with this place!

NEVER AGAIN!! Went there today for the first time, and and my car paint got messed up and my license plate were all bent didnt notice till I got home going to try to call tomorrow and see if I can get my money back!!! I really dont recommend this place I thought it was a hand wash car wash thats what the lady on the phone Said until late i got there and they took the car in noticed it wasnt a hand wash car wash when it was late!!! I have pictures on how they left my car but I cant post them on here for some reason! AVOID THIS PLACE DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!

They got some hard to clean residue over of the exterior and the shine was impeccable but the exterior could use some improvement. First off, we have cloth seats which had stains. They use a brush and spray instead of circulating upholstery cleaner. Second, we asked them to clean the ceiling where milk had spilled and they forgot. We had to wait for them to do it when we picked it up. We did get a free wash for having to wait.

I brought my mini-van in recently for an exterior and interior detailing. My car was a "hot mess" from kid spills and crumbs, etc as I dont get it cleaned regularly at all. A gentleman named Alex took on the job. Honestly, the van is 8 years old and looks brand-new. He made it sparkle; every nook and cranny was spotless. He was also polite and respectful, helping get my car seats back in place. Excellent job!

One of the better car wash around and prices are reasonable. My car was trashed and the guys there brought it back to life. Im glad they did such a nice job. Highly recommend this one Tuesday is Senior discount day but beware its only in the Wash not any of the extras. So it ended being only a buck.

These guys are always great. I have had multiple cars taken in for a detailing and come back looking like new. I take my SUV in for a once a month interior cleaning, I have two Labradors, to remove all the hair out of the car. Awesome job each time. Car wash service is great too

Would recommend this carwash to anyone!!! Very friendly and the staff was enjoying it all laughing having a good time... very good vibe and my car is spotless thanks to the guys there!!! Will definitely be returning... keep up the good work and awesome customer service

Its now a place of "less for more." I spent an hour cleaning what they missed after I left. They charge for vacuuming ($6) now when it was always part of the price. DO NOT go here. I wont anymore.

Be aware.... They scratch my S550 and didnt do s... About it..... .... Never go back there again.. And anyone who cares about their car should stay away too..... Very unprofessional

These guys were friendly and did a great job on my car. They even hand dry it at the end of the autonomous wash. Punch cards are available with loyalty perks.

The staff and the owner are friendly and my car looks brand new every time I come to wash it. I love this place. This is the best car wash in town.

Got the super interior done. Most of the inside was clean, but it was missing in some nooks and crannies. Overall great value though.
