Went here for the first time today. I like spending a lot of time vacuuming and cleaning my car, so the free (and very strong) vacuums are great. The car wash itself was also impressive. I opted for the $6 wash since my car hadnt been washed for awhile, and it was the best drive through wash Ive ever been through. It got my car completely clean, and the heated dry left no wet spots. This was great because I usually have to towel dry my car to avoid water spots. I plan on using this car wash exclusively as long as I am making the trip to Romeoville. There should be a location closer to Park Ridge if there isnt already.

I clean my car multiple times a week and I am always trying to find the best car wash. This is my new favorite place . Vacuums work extremely strong . There is also a floor mat cleaner for free . Car wash does a great job . I bought the $6 standard wash . Very excellent job . Great staff also. The man showed me how to use the carpet cleaner this morning

Decent wash. The person "guiding" you between the rails more of just tells you to keep coming until your car falls between them. Marked up my rims and tires with yellow. Thought maybe it was just one guy that was new or didnt care, but it happens every time. Jacks in Joliet is very good about making sure your car is right in the middle and straight.

other than the free vacuum not that great the $6 wash is exactly like the $3 wash barely any soap on the car all you get is a bunch of lights in your face, the $5 car wash behind the 7-Eleven is a lot better

Vip member. Fantastic service. I am always pleased with the quality of wash. Free vacuums and mat washing. Always a bug prep bucket with a soft broom makes bug removal a snap. Highly recommend.

I have used before ok results, today they were pushing.them through so tight machine jammed had to drive out ! Sope and dirt still on truck.... no offer to rewash or refund Won be.coming back here

Just wondering what time this location really opens, theres a big sign thats says open at 6am, but I pulled up around 730 and they were still closed, the owners gonna lose out on business this way.

This location is pretty fast-paced and efficient . $3 car washes are effective, leaving my cars clean as a whistle. Only issue I ever had wash cloth breaking off my mercedes star logo.

Wash is great, free vacuum and awesome friendly staff! *update: new drying system isnt good, leaves water spots all over your car. Please fix/go back to the heat blowing dry :(

I love that wash is so cheap but the employees need better training in directing cars through the rails to enter the wash I know for a fact of peoples tires being damaged.

Even though after having VIP pass you still got a wait in the line to get your car washed for 20 minutes ridiculous.

The best wash is pricey but i never had any issues with my car exiting dirty. This is the only car wash i go to.

Vacuums work great. The tire shine options never finishes the whole tire so bring your own tire shine.
