I came here because I was in Naperville for who knows what and this was the "best" car wash around according to reviews. They run your car through a touch car wash. Fine I think, Ive done that before. It will be fine... I pay for the whole package with Triple Wheel cleaning. Just got back from AutoX, need my wheels cleaned. Go through the wash. The drying guy does my wheels first, k that works. Finishes the wheels, then takes the SAME towel, and uses it on the rest of my car. Performance car owners out there, how do you like the thought of brake dust rubbed into the rest of your car. Sounds like something you will pay for? Well apparently thats what I paid for. Ill notice for a while because somehow during the wash they put a bunch of micro scratches into my windshield and rear view mirrors. Now whenever at night every street light cause small reflections. Thanks Brighton, brightening up my night driving.

I took my car in today for a detail. The person who brought the car around told me all my items were in a bag in trunk. When I got home, I start to take the items out of the bag and my 21 dollars that I had in my center console was not in there. I called and was not accusatory. I just asked if there was a different place that you all put cash. They told me no everything should be in the bag. I told them it was 21 dollars missing that I keep for parking in there. They asked the detailer. He advised that it was two rolls of quarters in there. I said yes the roll of quarters and the two quarters that I received from parking last week were in there. But the 20 dollar BILL and One dollar BILL were not. I was disappointed because I gave them a 20 dollar tip. If I would have known they were going to steal their tip I would have kept my money in my pocket.

Person at the counter told me the wash/detail would take 2.5 hrs. to 3 hr. Came back 3 hrs. later and was told it actually takes closer to 5 hrs. Should have called to confirm car was ready but I trusted Brighton. Ended up waiting an additional 2.5 hrs. in the "lounge" area, witnessed a group of employees (no less than 4 at all times) huddled around the television watching hockey (see picture) for an extended period of time. I love hockey too boys, but what the hell? The wash/detail was also quite average for what is a premium price. With my few hours in the lounge, I did get to overhear the manager respond condescendingly to various customer questions and complaints. His attitude was consistent of the culture at Brighton Car Wash.

I went recently to get a interior detail it actually came out worse then when it went in. First I dont own a dog but the rugs in the trunk were full of dog hair the seats were still dirty and the roof of the car had a small stain still there. On there web site it said they get in all the cracks and crevices when I looked there looks like they didnt even think of looking there. When I complained and the guy said he will get it fixed mind there were only 10minutes to closing time best believe they were done by then the car was still dirty and the rugs still not vacuumed i did the rest my self worst experience ever

I like coming here because they usually do a good job on the exterior (not so much interior). Today was the second time that my airbag sensor light came on immediately after the wash and interior vacuum and the second time that a manager denied responsibility for it. It was fine before, both times, and came on after the wash, both times. Apparently they will damage your car, deny responsibility, and have you pay for it. I even warned them beforehand to be careful because my airbag sensor was under my driver seat. Wont be coming back.

They will handwash if your car is too low for the rails. Although this does come with a slight extra charge...I like that this option is even available & willing to pay it because most wash places use a rail system & those of us with lowered cars cant use them. They also treated my car with extra care & I did not feel like it was inconvenient for them to handwas it. Bottom line, highly recommend & will be returning in the future.

Took my car for a wash. After getting home one of the tires became flat. Took my car to the discount tires place they ask me did I roll my car on something. I told them the only place Ive been was a car wash. Call Brighton car wash. They where not helpful. Would not offer payment for the damage. Will not be back.

I had my older car detailed today, I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing service, they drove me home and then picked me up when it was done. It wasnt cheap, but to me its worth the money to have the car look so nice. Definitely a 5 star business, the detail was impeccable !

Great work, very friendly staff. Ive been getting my car washed here for years. I bought a detailing service a couple weeks ago and I am very impressed with their work. It cost roughly $100 and was worth every penny. Like driving a brand new car again.

Jason knows how to eliminate smells. This place is the best. Since Jason and his Dad purchased this wash (now owned by his Mom & Him) I am so happy to give my business to a family that deserves the money. Thank you Jason, my car finally smells great.

Took my car in to have it detailed inside and out. Very poor job on the exterior. I promptly had to take it to a professional to have it cleaned waxed and buffed at an additional 95.00. Brighton is ok for a quick wash but skip the detailing!

Usually not big on reviews but wanted to write one for the customer service , gave car for mini detail and was in a hurry and they dropped me home and after 30 minutes got my car back to my home thats awesome!!!

I have dealt with this car wash since being purchased by Jason Morin, and have found the attention to detail is awesome. I would say amazing, however it is over used on The Bachelor.

Had a car wash and it was terrible! At least train those kids that you dont clean dirty wheels and dry off with the same towel. I spent 27.95. Highway robbery. Streaks everywhere!

They do a great job of cleaning your truck inside and out. No streaks no scratches. Hand dry with soft micro fiber towels. Best car wash in town!
