Edit: They did respond to my first email, but didnt hear from them again after that. Its a shame, but I dont think Id risk going back. Im just going to touch it up to avoid rust. I guess my final review, they have good customer service in person, but if you have a luxury car or are very anal about your paint in general Id probably stay away. Stick to washing it yourself. I honestly thought long and hard about posting this. These people seem to do a good job. My car left with a mirror finish after getting claybarred and waxed. They even hand washed it because the tunnel was down. However, I noticed a sizable dent and scratch that was not there when I brought it in. At the time they said that the dent was probably always there and the scratch as well, and that the waxing made it more noticeable. While at first I was convinced that I was being paranoid (I just bought the car) I slept on it and realised i entered without the scratch and that it did indeed happen there. I know every scratch and dent on this used car, and that is the worst one it has, and it definitely happened there. It looks like someone wasnt looking and opened the door on a fence or another car. While I wanted to give 5 stars, ultimately I entered that wash because I needed a wax to help prevent scratches and to avoid the scratching from cheaper car wash brushes. Instead I have a pretty decent scratch (scrape might be an even better term) and I dont feel like I can justify going back. I do want to clarify that I dont give a just one star because thats not fair either, Im sure this isnt a common occurrence. The customer service was top notch. I just wished they had owned up to it and we could have worked something out.

Horrible service. Starts with the dryers randomly cleaning cars. Paid for their "managers special" for $24. Vacuumed very briefly. Dryer used 2 small rags to do the entire car inside and out. And when I say entire car I mean he stood next to it and slapped the rag on the roof 2 or 3 times and left it completely soaked. Used the same rags with no cleaner on the inside. Didnt touch any of the surfaces except a feweek small places where he left a nice oily smudge with his rags. Inside windows each got one swipe that was very evident by the oily smudges. Need to completely re-clean the interior and exterior and all of the glass. Wish I could give it 0 stars, total rip off. Will never go back.

Employees are very polite, waiting area is wonderful with a nice kids area as well. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Wait time was low and they got the interior and exterior done fast and extremely well. Prices were in range of other places, but the customer service was top notch. I will be recommending this to all my friends and family from now on. They need a Facebook page so I can more easily share with my friends and family =)

Just visited today, met the brand new owner, great guy!! Did a superb job on my truck, highly recommend you have your vehicle washed here. Of course my previous review still applies too: Great people make a great car wash, and there are plenty of seats to wait while your watch the great people wash your car, truck or van.

Went with my grandmother they washed the car and when got to the rag drying Pont they noticed vacuuming was entirety one correct so they with out telling us drove the car back to the vacuuming spot when we got the car back the dash was dirty the back window was still dirty wish I could give 0 stars

The wash was not spectacular. The kids working that side did not adhere to my wishes on a larger vehicle, and ended up blasting paint off of my truck. On the flipside, the two gentlemen who detail, are superb

Awesome car wash. They pre wash your car before sending it through the car wash. Only problem is if paying by credit card have to step out of car when wash is complete and pay in the office.

This guys are very slow, and you wait a lot of time for Car wash. Guys hire more people. And the people who dry out the car not good at all. Soo for me 1st and last time
