I picked the $21 wash. The attendant was all alone and couldnt keep up. He was unsafely running around and jumping the rails in the slippery environment. Other cars were coming in and moving ahead of me since my wash included a vacuuming. My car was left at the end of the line with the door open and it running. When it finally made it through I handed the attendant a $5 tip, but then realized that he had barely dried it off. I asked if he could finish drying the rest of the car off. He seemed bothered by that. He wiped down the one side where I was standing. I then asked about the air freshener that was included with my wash. He seemed confused and had no idea what I was talking about. He had to consult with a co-worker to find the it. After returning home, there were areas that were still dirty and never touched. I had seen, what I believe to be, the owner or manager there chatting on his phone. Since he was there, this is apparently their standard and acceptable way of running their business. I have just move minutes away from their car wash, but unfortunately I will not be returning. I could have got the same results from the $3 car wash and saved $23.

Well I gave this place a second shot my first visit with this place I did a 50.00 wash with a detail inside and it was decent but they lost my passengers front Matt witch it sucks so they gave me a platinum wash coupon for the inconvenience.. on the second car wash well lets say its definitely not worth 25 dollars my windows were still dirty vacuum guy didnt do a great job either on vacuuming the floors and I was ready to tip 5 bucks on something that should of been tipped 3 dollars but since they screwed up again a dollar tip all i gave them to be honest they didnt deserve that. Josh the manger wanted to comendate me again witch this time I denied...

We wont be back. My husband has a performance car that is low to the ground and the attendants assured him that it would be fine. It scraped all the way though, thank God there was no damage. There were a bunch of kids working when we went, the girl who took our money looked to be about 14. They did an ok job with the wash, but for the price we will continue to go to the NASCAR wash on 59 where there is adequate clearance for low profile vehicles.

Im going to tell you I did not want to come here based off reviews. Im an extreme review reader and writer. I expressed right off the bat that I had high expectations because my fiancés car was filthy. He works on trucks everyday so the amount of dirt and oil accumulated was gross. His car is immaculate. Ive never seen it so clean. Tyler and Michael- you were amazing! Please request these two young men to detail your car!!!

Huge waste of money. Paid 45 dollars and they totally took advantage of my wife and did a terrible job. Forgot the tire shine, windows are all streaky, soap stains on exterior and didnt even offer to clean the back of the minivan for an additional charge. Left it a mess and it took forever. Save your money, go to the 3 dollar wash, use the free vaccums and get a better wash. This was the joliet location, never again.

They did a horrible job. My windows were all streaked up. There was some brownish/reddish lint all over my car. This lint must have come from the towel they dried my car off with. The dashboard wasnt wiped down. I paid $18 for nothing. They did a goo job on making my new tires shine. So I guess I paid $18 plus tip just to get my new tires to shine.

I brought in a 1999 rav4 for a interior detail. Since it is old, and faded I didnt expect it to be perfect. I was surprised at the fabulous job they did, inside and out. It looks new, and smells great. The customer service when I checked in was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them, and will definitely go back with other vehicles.

Absolute worst automatic drive through car wash I have ever been to. The first worker sprayed my car for 10 seconds tops. When I was just about out, 2 other workers decided to stop the car in front of me right in front of the automatic exit to wash the windows. Absolutely unprofessional. Avoid.

Great Wash !!! They do a solid job of vacuuming, washing, and drying the car. I like how at times, they might have 4 people working on the car at the same time....makes the process so much quicker, and detailed. Repeat customer

Good value. They took time at the beginning to get the bugs off and after going through the wash, they finished by hand drying and wiping out the door panel footboards. Highly recommend them.

What a waste of $90 half cleaned my seats and carpets along with vacuum job, half job of cleaning the vehicle front water marks all over still and dirty Windows when told they would be cleaned.
