Wasnt even greeted because the woman cashier was to busy texting. Terrible work ethic and quality of work. I purchased the deluxe for $17.95, its an interior vacuum and exterior was with under carriage. All the employees were on their personal cell phones and since I have never been to this car wash I didnt know what to expect. Based on the description of what would be done I tipped $10.00 as I knew multiple people would be working on my car, inside and out. Terrible vacuum job. Worse than what is free with a Jiffy Lube oil change. The car wash didnt even get all the dirt off the front windshield. The lines where the wipers stop and rest still had dirt lines. Car wasnt even dried off. A gas station car wash does better at a 1/5th of the price. Never going back to them again. Drive the extra distance to a real car wash place like Delta Sonic or something similar. Wasted my time and money.

Let me start by saying this is the first review I have EVER given a company. This was my first experience and last at this car wash. I purchased the exterior wash that included the interior window cleaning. No exaggeration, I left with a dirtier car than I brought. The exterior windows still had film on them. The paint still had salt and bird droppings on it. The interior windows appeared to be untouched judging by my sons fingerprints that I could still see and the suction cup ring from my phone mount on the windshield was still there, untouched. Somehow they managed to get this strange gray/black lint all over the back seat. Needless to say this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a car wash and will never return. If there is any way I can convince you not to waste your time or money there please let me know.

I told the guy at the wash that I wanted an exterior wash. On the sign there was 2 options, the 8.95 or the 5.95. The 8.95 was an exterior wash plus a wash on the door jam. I told him, just strictly the exterior meaning I wanted the 5.95. He proceeds to charge me the 8.95!!! I had a coupon saying I get $1 off and he applies that though. The thing is, I went back to tell him I wanted the 5.95 and he said "If you had the Economy Wash, it wouldnt have cleaned your car because of all the dirt you had on there." That sentence itself PROVES that their $5.95 "Economy Wash" wont even wash your car. On top of that, the cashier who was a young woman was rude and used foul language in front of me

This is the worst car wash I have ever been to! Honestly, you are better off going to a gas station car wash. It will cost you about half the price of this place and will have your car twice as clean. Thats how awful this place is. The young woman cashier is rude and the workers are lazy. You pay a high price and get very little in return. Ive given this place multiple chances and have always been disappointed and have seen other customers be equally as disappointed. Do yourself a favor and avoid going here!!

Best in class experience! They did an awesome job and went up above my expectation. I have a brand new car, I drove over fresh oil and the whole car was covered with black sticky oil. They took the car quickly, cleaned it up, I end up getting the car waxed just to make it look better. Very impressed with how awesome they are. Thank you

The place in under new management and the staff is excellent. The other reviews are from 2 plus years ago. The car wash itself is very good and the price is fair. I take my 530I and my Q5 to get washed never had a problem.

Its really waste of money, lazy employees, no proper work, just i cant believe how can an exterior and interior car wash will complete with in 5 minutes, I will never go this side again.
