Was rear-ended in the wash line, and the other driver was apologetic and agreed to pull aside after the wash to exchange information. The manager of the car wash witnessed this happen and was immediately irritated with the fact that I got out of my vehicle while in line to see if there was any damage. After the other driver and I pulled to the side of the lot and exchanged information, the manager came over and demanded that I not call the police to file a police report (common practice after any traffic accident). I calmly told him that I needed to file the report in order to have a record when I made a claim on the other drivers insurance, at which point he became belligerent and started yelling and cursing at me. I was shocked that the manager of a business would act in this way without any apparent reason. His response to the situation was completely unprofessional, and he showed a total disregard for me and other customers. After filing the police report and following up, I was informed that the police are frequently called to this location since the poor lot configuration and car wash setup cause minor accidents and vehicle damage on a regular basis. I can only guess that this is the reason that the manager tried to prevent me from calling the police and filing an accident report. Needless to say, I will not be taking the chance of having my vehicle damaged again by returning to this place (nor will I support a place whose management treats customers so poorly and disrespectfully).

I am VERY picky when it comes to my vehicle maintenance and this FAR exceeded my expectations. I usually find that the only place that does an acceptable job washing vehicles is my house - with me washing. Having said that, I own a 3/4 ton pickup & Jan./Feb. around Chicago is not a fun time to be outside washing a large vehicle. I get free hand washes at my dealership but they do terrible work and take forever. After a 2000 mile road trip through the northern midwest, my truck was beyond caked with salt & grime and I wanted a quick rinse. Not expecting much for $8 and 5 minutes, this place was awesome. I was a little worried about clearance but I just made it under the 72" sign. Of course, I can do a better job washing it myself but for an automatic wash - way impressed with how much it DID get off the wheels, grill and tailgate. I will absolutely be back when I need a quick, convenient wash!

The brushes are very abrasive and literally shake your car. When I got out of the wash, I checked my car, which is 4 months old, because the brushes sounded so loud scraping against my car. I see several scratches from the brushes. spoke with a supervisor of some sort, nick, and he pretty much pointed me to the sign that said they arent liable for any damage to the car. I was very upset but I could tell he was enjoying my frustration. I think that you get what you pay for, but even if its cheap it shouldnt damage my car. I did still give you my hard earned money. The $3 car wash is useless, its equivalent to it raining on your car. They get you with the add-ons, which are also useless. wheel cleaner? doesnt work. brake dust still there. now I just go to use the free vacuums and then get my car washed at the mobil gas station up the street. avoid this place, but go and use the free vacuums.

Thumbs down.. I was a faithful customer until April 11th 2016. This was one of our warmest days of spring and everyone including me wanted a clean car. In my opinion the car wash attendes were pulling cars in way to close. Half way through the wash my car was rear ended 3 times causing minor damage. After speaking with the supervisor (Nick Yosef) he advised me that the car in front of me used their brakes which caused all cars to be thrown off track and the car wash is not responsible. Nick gave me the license plate number for the Ford Flex that in his opinion caused the accident and advised me to file a hit and run report. The Ford Flex driver had no idea of the incident. In my opinion our cars would not have hit if our cars were not pulled in so close together. Nick seems unsympathetic and offered no other resolutions not even a $8 refund....

BEWARE! The manager of this location cursed at me in front of my young children when I pointed out to him some deep scratches on the side of my car that were caused by the brushes. My car had not a scratch on it going into the wash, and I could hear the hard brushes thumping against the side of the car, much more violently than in a normal car wash. The manager called me a liar and said they are not responsible for any damage anyways. Never have I been treated so disrespectfully by someone who is supposed to be running a business. Very unprofessional operation. I will be going to one of the several other area car washes from now on.

As an auto man and frequent washer, I know what It means to have a spotless car. Because of this, I take pride in the exterior appearance of my vehicle. When I first discovered Jet Brite on Roosevelt Road, I was astonished by the low, competitive prices and the overall quality of the wash. I have tried several of their services, I particularly enjoy the five dollar wash. Jet Brite is a great establishment, my coworkers even commented about the shininess of my tires. The triple foam action is the best in town! The wash attendants are very friendly and knowledgeable about their establishment.

Tempted me with $3 car wash, but that was just a basic wash. Ended up buying $10 for brushless Triple Foam Polish, Rain-X, & Tire Shine. Some of the brush spinners cleaning the sides were a bit too fast & rough...felt like they banging more than cleaning. Wash was quick and did decent job. No free additional wash in case in rains in next few days. No monthly wash option. For some reason, car wash prices have exploded this summer. Used to go to a Citgo for monthly wash pass for $12.99. Changed to Mobil and now charging $30/month.

As someone who owns a Crew Cab 6.5 bed pickup truck (~21 in overall length) finding wash accommodations in the winter can be tricky. Also, Im not a big fan of brushed washes. However, in this instance I took the gamble and went for it. No scratches, no broken pieces and one very, very clean truck for $10. Free vacuums are always a plus as well.

GREAT wash, i got the $5 wash with the $2 rain-ex i never did rain-ex before and hehe i had a ball watching as the rain-ex poured down and all the water on the car just beaded up in seconds, plus drying was UBBER fast after that. plus the vacumes are supper supper powerful BUT you have to wait to use them if the car next to you is using it.

Great car wash! I drive a late model 2014 full-size car and it does a great job with just the basic wash, though I do recommend the $2 wheel-blast upgrade - it does a great job on the wheels and lower half of the car. I have been going there for over a year and never any damage or scratches.
