They did an absolutely GREAT job washing my car! I was looking around on Yelp and car washes dont seem to do very good reviewwise but this one had pretty good ratings. I dont understand the negative reviews on Google but the owner inside acknowleged them and stated theyre really trying to fix any shortcomings. Yes, they are onsite and very engaged with customers and staff! The staff doing the cleaning take the time necessary to do it right! I have never found a car wash this good anywhere. Most places do a $10 dollar job and dont spend the time to do a proper "like Id do it" cleaning. Ive always said Id pay alot more if a place just did a good job. Ive found the place and didnt have to pay much at all! I purchased the $15 wash that covers the outside and then inside windows and vacuum and dash wipe down. The guys came right over and got right to work and were super polite. They used the manual spray jets and soap ball to do a pretty thorough clean of the exterior BEFORE it even gets to the automatic wash (soft cloth and very gentle, no spinning brushes!). They even cleaned up door jams, wheels, those hood and trunk crevaces that tend to get ignored. Then after the autowash, took another 10-15 min drying everything down to the wheels, around mirrors etc.They did a great job on the windows! I absolutely cant stand the places that use the same rags that have been used on the 73 cars before you and you just get a smeary mess as soon as the sun goes low or windows fog up a bit. Whole thing took about 25 minutes and well worth it. I will be back... many times!

So upset. Figured I would try this place out because I was nearby. Paid 25$ for a inside outside clean and vacuum. Not only did they not wipe out cup holders or change holder, the person cleaning the inside stepped on and broke my car charger. When I brought it to the attention of staff I was told point blank they are not responsible for damage THEY CAUSE. How is thst even possible? After leaving I thought OK Im out $15 but w.e at least my car is clean....well upon further inspection they did not touch the back seat of back floor of my car. Totally unacceptable.

Scratched my car. Wont take responsibility. Stay away. Interesting to see that despite the so-called remodel, other reviews confirm that they are STILL damaging cars, and denying responsibility. Fuller just opened a brand new wash about a mile South on Randall RD. near the Walmart. I used them for over 20 years when I lived in the Southwest suburbs, and they never hurt my car, and they always did a great job. Owners who treat customers well deserve you business, those who dont like this place... stay away.

This establishment gave me a credit because of what a poor job they did instead of just giving me my money back. They told me that all I would need to do is give them was the license plate number when I came back to use my credit. Then they supposedly got hit by a lighting storm and lost all their information and now they have no way of honoring my car wash. I willl obviously never spend $30+ dollars there again. Should of just given me my money back.

I brought my car to this business THREE TIMES in one week - once in the morning, once over lunch, once in the afternoon. Each time they said they could not accommodate me, to come back later. I told the manager that it didnt seem they really wanted my business. He reacted very rudely so I had no problem driving away. Ill never go back there again.

Zero stars!! Scratched my car didnt want to take responsibility for it. Tried to tell me it was a shopping cart for a time ago. Car was still dirty after the "wash" they did or didnt do. Lost a customer. Will never show up here ever again. Not that he cares because whats $15 a week from one person for him anyways.

Worst car wash. Dont wast your money. They caused damage to property inside vehicle and wont take responsibility. They have a careless attitude when I brought it to there attention and pretty much say to bad the bottom of your receipt says we are not responsible. This place sucks!!!!!

I try to read the reviews before going in, to see what to expect. It turns out, they did a great job with all three of my vehicles. I usually try to wash my cars myself, when I dont have time, I will take my vehicles here. Great job everyone.

Ive been there twice in the last week, with different cars. Both times the price was fair and the staff made sure I was satisfied with the work before finishing. This will definitely be my new favorite car wash.

Slowest car wash EVER. TOOK OVER A HALF HOUR!! They fona good job cleaning and frying but when there is only 2 cars in front of you it shouldnt take a half hour.
