I paid for external wash and wheels clean. When I got out of the wash my car was still wet and I parked in the front and waited for someone to come and wipe it out. But nobody came and when I asked why is that so, I was told that my exterior wash doesnt include that and if I want I can buy my own towels and do it myself! This was the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard! My car was dripping wet and all with stains and Im supposed to wipe it out myself? I could have gone to a self-wash instead. Every car wash that I have ever been to wipes out the car dry after a wash. You jut lost a customer that bought a brand new car and it was planing to wash his car at least twice a weak. Thanks for the terrible service! I will post my review on every possible website that I can. One more thing.Before I got there I called to ask how much it will cost to hand wash the car - I was told $10 plus $4 if I want a tire shine. When I asked the same question in the office they told me that it will cost $30 just for the exterior wash-no extras. Im guessing someone is puling prices out of their back pocket...

I just got my year old car washed there, Ive been going there to get it washed up for a few months now. I got about once every 3 to 4 months. Well I happen to be sitting down and an older gentlemen was sitting next to me and I told him I drove the black car he asked me if I noticed the scratch on my car. At first I thought he meant the one I already knew about NOT caused by the car wash. I didnt and he told me it was on the driver side of my car so I got up and looked and It wasnt too bad but I wasnt happy about it. After they got done washing my car I went back in and talked to customer service and told them I believe there machine scratched my car. They had three people look at it and said it wasnt from the car wash. I told them it was and they said it wasnt and did nothing for me. Be aware of this place, I was giving them consistent money but I think I will have to go some place else for car washes now. My 2014 car has a nice size scratch on it and they refuse to acknowledge the fact that its from them.

I was looking for an oil change near my office and happened on Fullers at 427 Ogden. Eddie came out to meet me as I stepped out of the car, Without an appointment, they arranged for a tech to drop me off at my nearby office, and got the oil changed with a complimentary car wash both today and a coupon for one in Hinsdale. I got dropped off by a colleague and picked it up at lunch. This was a painless experience exemplified by a high degree of client service, IMHO. I would both recommend Fullers as well as expect to return when necessary.

For the price you cant beat it and the free vacuuming or should I say that its included with your wash. Could get extremely busy during peak times on good weather days, so be prepared to wait in long line sometimes. Not as bad during off-peak times. When super busy as well sometimes it misses a couple spots but overall does a fantastic job I think the undercarriage is fantastic option that is half the reason I go to wash the salt even under car.

I got the inside and out package. Out was alright, in was a quick job that missed a fair bit. Got most of the stuff but around the sides / corners there was still dirt.

The $3 wash does a better job than most of the gas station carwashes that cost twice as much. Free vacuums are nice too for a quick floor cleaning afterwards.
