Ill start off by saying this. The reason for the four stars (and the only reason) is because not ALL the employees there are polite or know how to smile. Im not speaking for everyone there b/c its not the case. I get my regular oil changes done here and in teh bay everyone there is polite. Once you come out there are two employees I much rather not even see when i go there. All my cars take synthetic and their always well stocked on the oil. Synthetic oil changes here are a bit pricey however compared to the local average, however they do give you a free wash which they claim is a $10 value. The vacuum cleaners are free and the wash starts off with $3. Those of you complaining that they dont come out to dry your car on super busy days (ive seen lines with 20 cars here) what do you expect? There are two guys there working and if they spent 30 seconds on your car drying on a busy day you should be gratified enough. Try finding a similar establishment with similar prices in a 10 mile radius to this business. You wont! There are signs before you enter the wash that they are not responsible for damages. If your worried or have reason to be than dont take your car there and wash at home. Ultimately im pleased with the establishment but a few of the employees really need to learn how to smile when they see a customer. This is a pet peeve of mine with every business that Im willing to part my money with. Thats not asking for much.

Ive had multiple problems there. My wives car had the back wiper broken off going through the car wash..... They didnt pay for it. Yesterday I took my 2014 Chevy Silverado through there. I went straight home and put the truck in the garage. This morning I got into the truck and I was looking at multiple scratches in the windshield. I got out the windex and thought that I could remove these (didnt think they were scratches) marks. I tried twice with no luck.It could have been caused by the motion of the material switching side to side. That is the direction of the scratches. If something was in that material it could happen. I went back to the car (Domark) car wash and asked to speak to the manager or owner. He said didnt cause this. I told him my story and he still denied and refused the responsibility for this. This is a notice to anyone else that may have had the same problem.... BEWARE. I wont be going back there anymore.

I been going to this place since I first had the driving licence/car its been 7 years, and I know they have made certain changes recently which might make many unhappy. One BIG changes they made was they use to have $3 car wash which included multiple things wax, shiner, and etc. But now the $3 service is only for light cleaning which includes just a wash and some wax thats all. Then I noticed that the $3 service which included multiple things is now included in $6 service. So now we have to pay double to get what we use to get for $3. Now, I know that its fair and good for the business but if the business loses customers due to this recent changes, then what could be the reason and why even bother to double the price of the $3 wash which almost every customer was happy with before?? Due to this changes I give them 3 stars.

Usually Domarks is good about getting my car clean. Went there yesterday and got the $20 Ultimate Wash (Interior and Exterior). Pulled up to get the interior done and nobody was there. Took me about 5 minutes to find the guy who was working that section. Started cleaning the interior and then stopped to start texting on his phone for a few minutes. Then a few minutes after that, I notice another car pull up and he proceeds to stop cleaning my car and start cleaning this other car, leaving my completely unattended. Gets back to my car and then starts texting again. What should have been a 15 minute trip for me, took 40 minutes. On top of that, car wasnt even cleaned all the way on the interior (pictures posted).

Have been going to Domark for car washes for the last year, and have never had a problem. The $3 wash and free vacuums is a great deal. I usually go with a higher level wash with tire shine. I have never used their detail or lube centers, but have heard good things from a co-worker. The car wash is run to perfection. even on the busiest of days this place manages to move cars through faster than any other i have found. computerized pay system makes it so you never have to leave your car, and the guys at the end do a good job of drying it off for you. Give it a shot. For $3 you really cant go wrong. Its going to be 100x better than whatever $3 wash you get at your local gas station.

DAMAGED! At first I was impressed at how clean this automatic carwash got my vehicle; HOWEVER, like others have stated it completely shattered my real taillight assembly, not just cracked, but literally ripped it from the Housing. When I first read the negative reviews about the damaged vehicles at this location, I thought to myself that these guys are just making it up. Well now it has happened to me and I believe them. STAY AWAY

Competitively priced; though is a better wash then the price u pay at a gas station. Oil change and wash option pretty convenient. Washes are good, its not always the best wash however. Have had a few times where suds left over after dry cycle completed.

Great car wash, I drive a 2015 Ford F-350 and cleaned every spot of dirt on my truck, the guys even let me use their towels to dry my truck off. Great employees, great management. Very clean and taken care of.

Car wash is great and very powerful free vacuums. Oil change was fantastic, done in 15 mins. They also did not push to sell things I did not need, which I appreciate. I will return for all oil changes.

I was here for the first time today. The $3 wash was awesome! If this is how they run their shop, I will gladly let them detail my car! Kudos to Domark! See you soon (with both of my cars)!

I received an oil change and they put the wrong oil in. The manager is very impersonal, and I was not satisfied with the service. I am in the service industry and this is unacceptable.

Clean and friendly place. They are also probably the fastest / most efficient oil change place Ive tried. Now they are the only place my families vehicles are brought for oil changes.

I usually wash my own car, but this place has stopped that. Free Vacuums and a $3 wash. How can you go wrong? They even dry your car! Great deal especially in this economy.

I hate this place! The car wash is short & the staff is not always available to dry your vehicle after exiting the car wash. Lastly, their vacuums are weak in suction & dirty.
