My wife had her oil changed on her VW at this location last week. They stripped the oil plug and we noticed oil on the garage floor the next morning. She took the car back and they "jerry-rigged" the oil plug and used sealant to stop the leaking...told her everything was ok....it was not ok. The next morning....more oil on the garage floor. They were not upright enough to explain that she needed a new oil plug. Instead, I had to go the the local VW dealer to correct the situation. Could have been a $600 repair. Be careful if you rely on this company to change your oil. Ask to see the completed work....it may save you a new engine! Would not go here again...lack of trust and confidence in the local staff.

For a quick wash this place isnt bad. I would NEVER pay full price at a car wash. Your an IDIOT if you do and to damn lazy to wash your vehicle right and put effort into it. The washing system seems to be longer than most. Free vacuum and no long lines. Automatic car washer are never going to get every spot but this place has done better then others. For a quick wash, this place is where you need to go

I live less then a quarter mile from this location and go very often. This car wash is a great value and I have always gotten great customer service. The vacuums are sometimes not working but after seeing how other patrons treat them (not placing them back after using them for them to get run over) I completely understand why they half work. Overall, for a car wash NASCAR does a good job!

When you get to the end of the car wash the heaters are not working so your car doesnt get dried off very well. Then if you want to vacuum several of them are just broken. Soyouhave to wait. They have been broken for w months. The poles coming out of the ground, hoses broken. I want to say the place sucks but the vacuums dont cause half dont work.

I paid for the 15 dollar wash which was not what I expected, my car hadnt been washed for almost a month but still.. I didnt expect to have to wipe down my car to get the chrome clean. Vacuums were also not working (this is a big reason i came) and the attendant neglected to mention..

Great staff Great wash, but management should teach employees to use register...unable to pay for towel dry in the garage cause the very kind employees werent taught on how to use register. Also unable to pay the three dollars outside at the computer with the fastpass.

Car vaccum nozzels are often broken, and/or minimal suction. Also, the grounds around the vacs are often filthy with garbage all over the place. There are not enough garbage cans for each vaccum station. However, the wash is fine.

Horrible! Staff is not properly trained or able to facilitate you entering the car wash so your car will not be damaged. Serious problems with this facility and customer service! Stay away!

The vaccums are either broken or barely work. These need to be fixed as they advertise as free vaccums....not free if they dont work....very disappointed.

Great wash! Free vacs, good selection of services. Love that the wash has no track to pull onto. Cleans cars well and staff is always helpful and friendly.
