Did not honor their "if you’re not satisfied with our Touchless wash, then we’ll rewash your car for FREE." Went into the touchless car wash, one of the attendants came up to help us get started. I asked him about the guarantee and he said that I could go through again if the car wasnt clean. Went through the car wash and there were still some dirt spots on the car. Talked to the guy again and he said I had to pay again. Do not advertise something that you wont honor. False advertisement.

Self serve equipment is in top condition and always in proper working order. Sometimes there is mud in the bay but usually clean. Credit card readers can be quirky, be careful as they can double charge if you swipe twice thinking it did not read the first time. They are working on my refund right now. Overall, I would highly recommend Tyler Wash.

Free vacuums, plus a very friendly and helpful attendant. Please tip him! He works really hard, and he is always doing extra cleaning on my car as it goes through. They provide a few towels on the back side to dry off. Great value for $6. You could also go through do it yourself...I always do automatic. Wish they would add some free air

Always have everything top notch. Plus they offer free air for tires, drying towels and free vacuums during normal business hours. This is the spot to rely on for a clean car
