Arrived at appointed time. Presented coupon for $19.99 oil change was told yes my oil change would be $19.99. Picked up car was told it would be a few dollars extra. When I asked why I was told that my engine is a V6 and they didnt know that at the time I confirned the oil change would be $19,99 further explainex V6 requires 6 qts oil not 5. Asked why noone called to make sure increase was ok was told because they had already started draining fluid. My car is in their computer system and it is listed as a V6 engine consequently it is listed that way on the print out they gave me so that makes at least part of what i was told sound like a lie. Sooo I dont know whats true and whats a lie but I do know that if a price increases a customer should be notified so that they can determine if they want the work to move forward with the new price. This all just has a feel of shadiness to it to me but you judge for yourself the number of stars they should receive.

NEVER again!! Went there as I am a commuter from Indiana and my tires were 10lbs low. Told them that then decided to get a synthetic oil change while I was there. I as told it was a special with $30 off. Anyway got the oil change and $10 off and was told I have to go to the website to file for the other $20. Went back to work and checked my tire pressure on the dash board and it was 11lb LOW!! I called and they said..oh maybe your computer is wrong, bring it back. Brought it back the next day and different guys were there and they aired up my tires (saying we werent here so its not our fault). It was NEVER done in the first place. The packet they gave me where they are supposed to check off services like check fluids ect wasnt even checked on anything! and to top it off I cannot find a $20 refund..STAY AWAY. Im even doubting if they changed my oil!!!

***Scam Alert*** Unless you know a little about cars do not trust this store. I had an check engine light come on and went there to get it checked out, my code reader would not work. I just had some work done on the exhaust and assumed/hoped it was an O2 sensor. Pep Boys tried reading it but couldnt on first attempt but when he tried a different reader it showed a P0440 code which is a Evaporator System Error. They told me they could do more testing for a fee. I then took it back to where I had the exhaust work done and they figured out that the reason the codes could not be read by ANY reader was a blown fuse. The code came back as a P0141 which is a O2 sensor on the exhaust and agreed to replace it at no charge. FYI, my code reader does work now since the fuse was replaced. I would have given zero stars but it is a minimum one. Good Luck

Poor Diagnostics and over charging customers...I took my Acura MDX to Pep Boys when the brake pedal was too soft and the car was making a loud noise. They informed me that it was the master cylinder. I picked up the car at 5:30pm and while driving it I noticed it still made the same noise. The very next morning I took my Acura back and was told it was the air conditioner compressor. I was then told that sense this was a second issue I would be charge a second warranty deductible. The warranty company informed me that they are always getting double claims from Pep Boys to increase their charges to the customer. Stay away from Pep Boys, if you love you car...they are the worst !!!!

Cautious, this particular "car service" store seems to be struggling with good mechanics and managers. Will never get my business again. My daughter had a brake job n timing belt change on her Ford Focus. The very next day and thankfully in our driveway, the belt came right off! This couldve caused my daughter to be in a major accident if it wouldve happened on her way to work! Pep Boys is fixing the problem ( appears they used wrong size belt, what! ) but I will never trust them again for any future work. You cant put peoples lives in danger and expect us to stay quite. To the owner of this store, please look into the type of people you have running the place!

Went for a basic oil change. $19.99, cant beat that. They didnt try to up-sell me anything so thats always a plus. Made an appt the morning of and they were able to squeeze me in no problem. Eric was able to answer any questions and was very polite. Even with a shop fee and taxes, total only came out to $23 and some change. I usually do my own maintenance but its nice to have a trustworthy shop so close by.

They are lazy at this location. I came in on a slow day they were sitting around not doing nothing in the middle of the afternoon and the guy tell me he can give me an appointment for the next day im like what kind of business sends customers away. I knew it was some bs he didnt even give the option to wait. I would have prefered if he was just honest. Total jerks.

I should have read all the poor reviews about this place before taking my car here. Me giving this place a 1 star was me being generous and unfortunately unable to give them 0 stars. Poor customer service, scam artists, and unprofessional! Take your car elsewhere where customers are valued and where you receive quality service!

Went in for a brake estimate, quoted me 900 for everything front and back, went to another shop 10 minutes away called Elite shop they said I didnt need any work on the rear brakes! Ended up saving 600 bucks. Unless you enjoy throwing your money away dont go to pepboys very dishonest and the staff was rude on top of it.

No one at the front desk to greet me. Waited for about 5 minutes for someone to notice me and tell me they did not have time to repair a flat tire. By the way, only one car inside the shop and really loud music playing. No customer service whatsoever. Will not recommend.

Travis helped me out and gave me a estimate on changing the brakes and explained I still had a little time before they needed to be changed. They dont pressure you into things and are very helpful. I will be sure to return when its time to get them changed.
