I needed an oil change and figured Id give Merlin a try. First of all, it took an hour to change my oil. Next comes the humorous part: The manager pulls me out to tell my that my coil springs are "broken." So I play along and tell him that I know my coil spring is broken and that my dad is a mechanic (well, didnt lie about my dad being a mechanic.) His face falls and then contorts into a look of confusion. Thats when I knew he was lying to me. He proceeded to ring me out and said nothing to me after that. Poor bastard thought hed get away with convincing me that I needed $800 of unnecessary work. I got home and had my dad check the spring to verify what I already knew, and low and behold..GASP...the spring isnt broken. Mr. Manager, never underestimate your customers auto knowledge, especially your young, female customers.

This is my 2nd review for this company. Again these guys have impressed me. I have a 2 year old dodge that has had problem after problem the past 2 weeks and everytime they have taken care of my issues and was honest with everything. They took their time to make sure they could find and solve the problem. I know repair places can be an unsettle place to go to not knowing if they are being completely honest. But with confidence i can say these guys at this merlin i can proudly say" i have a guy aka merlin....to go to that i trust 110% when having any car issues." Beyond friendly and can solve any issue. Sometimes you may not want to hear the truth about what issues small or large might be with your vehicle but at least when you go here you are getting the facts and know your vehicle will be fixed properly.

Jason (owner) and all his employees were really friendly and smart. I was referred to come here by a family member which this place is very trustworthy. I was at another shop before this that tried telling me my engine was shot and it was going to cost me $8000 and i knew something was fishy. When i was decided to go elsewhere my fatherinlaw told me to go to this merlin and they did me right fixed my truck and was honest with my trucks problem. They fixed the problem which costed me $2800 instead of an $8000 b.s. lie from another shop. I would reccommend anyone to go to this merlin because they take care of their customers like if it was their own vehicle.

I have a 2012 Mustang that had a bolt rattle loose on the exhaust, and I couldnt get to it in my garage on jackstands. Brought it here and they took care of it. Very professional, nice, and got it done in a timely fashion. I also like how they take extra care with cars, they lined the seat with plastic, had a second tech guiding the car into the stall, overall you can tell these guys take pride in what they do and respect peoples cars and time. Definitely recommend them.

I really appreciate how professional and respectful the staff is here. As a young woman I usually feel like Im being tricked into buying things for my car that I dont really need - But the guys here are totally upfront and honest. I can tell it is more important for them to make a long-term customer and they definitely earned my trust!

They are always honest with me about what needs to be fixed now and what can wait and the cost is always fair. Kudos for running an honest trustworthy shop.

Everyone that works here is very honest. They tell you exactly what is needed for your car. Sometimes its overwhelming to hear all the things needed to fix my vehicle but they did a really good job explaining what was urgent and what could wait. I will definitely recommend everyone I know to bring their vehicles here!

These guys are pretty good. I live in the neighborhood behind them and they really helped me out. They didnt have the wipers I wanted, they had them for me before I left. Got my oil changed and Im happy. A little expensive but for convenience and the ability to push my car over to them if needed is great!

Got here at 930am and was told 1 hour wait. No problem. However, it is now 12:45 and my car hasnt been looked at. I understand wait times are estimates but I have seen many people come and go even though I was "next". Disappointed in the service.
