I took my Tahoe here with a Groupon for a free oil change and free windshield wipers. The main mechanic told me I needed over $2000 worth of repairs. He even brought me into the garage to show me how bad my brakes looked and how I only had less than 10% left on them. I had no clue what I was looking at! He also showed me an oil leak which I was surprised to see because we had no traces of oil in our garage to indicate that. He told me I was at risk driving it and he could start working on it right away. I said I needed to contact my husband first. He insisted I call my husband right then & there, but I refused to do it since my husband was at work. While waiting to finish the oil change, the mechanic came to me again and said he didnt have the right windshield wipers because my Tahoe needed a "special" kind. So he just gave me a coupon. Again he insisted I leave my Tahoe and offered to rent me a car while my Tahoe would be in the shop...No way! I took my Tahoe to another shop and it turned out it didnt need $2000 of major repairs. The brakes were fine and the mechanic said the bolts were loosened by hand to create the leak. He tightened them and we had no more issues of leaking oil. My Tahoe doesnt require special windshield wipers because I could buy them anywhere. BEWARE - THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU if you know nothing about cars. They are very pushy and will tell you anything to make you believe your car needs urgent repairs. While I was there, I heard the mechanic giving the same BS to another woman. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!

This is the only auto shop I trust in town. My car is certified-used from a local dealership, but anytime they recommend repairs I take my car to Auto Plus to have them look it over and give me their two cents. Ive saved at least a few thousand dollars in unnecessary repairs and they even diagnosed an issue covered by my warranty that the dealership initially refused to cover (hole in my transmission), after bringing the documentation from Auto Plus back to my dealership, they repaired it under warranty like they were supposed to. TL;DR - Auto Plus in Aurora is a great shop with hard working staff. Ask for Kai (one of their mechanics) next time you have an issue - he is knowledgeable and has your best interests at heart.

I was charged $50 for "a little TLC" on my hood latch. "A little TLC" consisted of spraying it with lube. Great way to lose customers. I like the other guys that were behind the counter. They spoke as if they were your friends, these new guys speak to you like fast talking salesman trying to squeeze every dime out of you. Whatever happened to the 4-punch coupon for $20 off? Dont have that anymore. Now they seem to be turning into a place like Tuffys. Trying to scare you into getting things done now and really pushing the financing. I understand there are safety issues, reasons that certain things need to be done but they just push too hard. Ill be finding new mechanics.

I am blown away by this place. They are so helpful and make sure that I understand what is going to happen with my car. They have offered me a ride before, and even when its been an overnight thing they offered a loaner vehicle. They stay late to fix your car. My girlfriend had an issue once that would have lowered my rating. The owner himself test drove her vehicle and everyone in the shop were very accommodating. Busting their butts to make sure that everything went well. Thats when I knew that I found the shop that everybody is always looking for. People I could trust. It shows in their work, and their knowledge level. Thanks guys!

I have been going to this shop for over 2 years with all five of my cars. I have had oil changes, brake jobs, a catalytic converter, new tires and front end work done. While I had a couple of small problems, the issues have ALWAYS been taken care of with the highest levels of customer service imaginable. I do not hesitate to recommend this place to any of my friends or family members. This place stands behind its work and will bend over backwards to help to you. They will match anyones price as they did with my tires. I have used a lot of mechanics over my 60 years. This place is right at the top of the list.

I love this place! The offer so many great deals. If u refer someone for a FREE oil change they have a great referral program for customers. With any work they offer a free inspection which I think is great because they are just making me aware of what work Id need to get done on my car. There is no obligation to get the work done right away its all up to the customer! This place is not a scam I have been with them since theyve opened and I have never felt like i was being cheated out of my money! Overall I think everyone should check it out and their website they offer great deals!!

I would never make my service in this place, is too expensive, almost all service shop for oil change is $19.99 but I paid $36.50 and the lady at the front desk told me that my oil filter is more expensive than others, specifically my oil filter! They offered in their sign outside, a free car wash with oil change, when I picked my car up wasnt washed and I asked them what about the car wash, and he told me that I should requested before (I need to request for something they offer) they took the car back and washed the car, after that they didnt dry it!! NOT HAPPY!

The tire you sold me has so far served me well. No 100-mile per hour runs, but the 60s seem just fine. Thanks! Now for some bad news. Im hearing some brake noises from my left rear brake...I think. Now, remember I had you install my rear brakes and drums last November, I think. The rear brakes were grinding very loudly in June, so when I reported it to you, you replaced them completely at no charge. Now the grinding once again. For getting all new rear brakes it sounds flawed. Could you have replaced them with the same old parts?

After getting a flat I took my car in and asked them to replace it. They took a look at it and assured me there was no damage, it just needed to be reseated on its rim. Seeing as I was already prepared to shell out for a new tire they effectively talked themselves out of a sale to save me some money. Its that kind of integrity thatll have me heading back in the next time I need service. They even checked my other tires pressure and filled them to, "make sure Id be okay out on the icy roads"

These guys are great-- fair and competitive pricing. Theyre always willing to work with you to make sure you understand what theyre doing to your car so you dont get hidden fees you werent expecting. Very honest. Ive always spoken to Julio, whos been very helpful with pricing and scheduling. I will always recommend this shop to my friends if they want fast, honest and quality work done on their car. They also provide loaner cars which Ive used once, at no cost to me. Theyre great.
