Kelly insisted we were wrong on the location of our mothers mass. We were right. The meeting with Kelly took over 3 hours, with her disappearing to redo the death notice and make other corrections in errors she had made. We had to take my 89 year old father down a winding staircase to see caskets - no elevator. Kelly approached my father at the gravesite, as my mothers casket is being lowered into the ground, to tell my father he owed $ 1000.00 To bury the casket! She was also supposed to contact our luncheon site with an estimated lunch count - which she never did. This caused much commotion at Chessies! I would stress to Barrington residents to make arrangements elsewhere!

The funeral home had a bright atmosphere. The staff were very attentive our needs during the viewing and burial. They went out of the way for us in terms to expediting the viewing and burial date. I would strongly recommend this funeral home.
