Unfortunately, my family had to use this home within two months. Our first experience was uneventful. However, our second experience was less than. The older gentleman that handles the arrangement lacks people skills. He was very cold and insensitive. We are dealing with death of loved ones here, the man could show some compassion. I would never use this home again. He would not put on the a/c and the mother and father of the deceased fainted and had to be taken away; even after numerous complaints of the hot temperature in the room. He should be ashamed of himself. I do not care how long he has been in business, he should not be in regards to the way he treated the family members.

Needed to set up a plan for my mom who knew what her wishes were for some time, so all I had to do was find someone in the area to take care of the arrangements for us at a reasonable price. They are completely reasonable and take care of all the things that we needed. Melissa was so kind and made me feel some peace knowing that I was going to be able to get through this.

Recently attended a memorial service here. It was nice, quiet and clean. Kind of the only show in town in this town.
