We were very lucky to find Michaels Funeral Home, among so many to select from. The staff was very patient and compassionate. They listened and understood exactly how we wanted the memorial service. We had Zen ceremony with having two Zen monks, and Michaels accomodated the place for our religion and covered Christian symbols for us. We had beautiful flower arrangements with help of Cheryl, who took time to listen to us, and was very knowledgable and helped us select flowers. The owner, Michael was very friendly and helpful for entire process. We cant imagine what kind of memorial service we would have had if we didnt use Michaels Funeral Home. They made our difficult time easier with their help and compassion.

Our experience was excellent in every regard. Arranging services was simple, and we felt we were given a very personalized and warm reception by the Michaels staff. Michael, the owner, personally greeted us while we made arrangements. The facilities are elegant, and well-appointed. Carpets, lighting, seating, and reception area were nicer than other places Ive been. There is a small kitchenette complete with refrigerator, coffee service, and counter space and seating for nibbles & refreshments. Costs are very reasonable. We did not feel pressured nor rushed in any way, even though our service ran a little late. Parking is ample, the home is easy to find from the street, and is not far from major expressways & tollways.

I would reccomend this funeral home If you are looking for compassionate, empathetic care for your loved one. Michael, the owner, treated my grandmother with the respect that she deserved.
