No responses to emails that I send to them asking where my package is. I called and I was told "we cannot locate it and we are attempting to scan at all docks". The website shows that it is still sitting in Atlanta on 4/2 and when I called on 4/6 I was told it was in Illinois on 4/8 they told me they couldnt find it and that I was misinformed on 4/8. Not sure why WalMart would use this shipping company if they "lose" large packages.

I ordered a mattress set thru another company, pilot freight services were the deliverers of my items. Scheduled delivery between 1-5 with a 30 advanced notice call. 4 calls to get a headsup; WTF do I have to contact them to find out where they are? IF ANY ITEMS COME THRU THIS DELIVERY COMPANY, I WONT PURCHASE THE ITEM!!

Terrible delivery service. They are unbelievably slow. Also, even after you item is shipped to your area you have to "schedule a delivery date" which adds at least another week on the delivery time. Having to wait almost 2 weeks for something UPS could deliver in 3 days or less is ridiculous.

First TV they delivered was cracked. Called Dell, they agreed to replace it free of charge. Second one took over a week. Scheduled delivery on a Friday, didnt hear from them by 3:00PM, called and they said they didnt have me in their system. Worst experience ever.

Not sure whats going on here. At first its on the truck, then its not. Although it was sitting at their building for a week before scheduled delivery date, was not able to deliver on day promised.

Everything arrived intact, they were in and out quick so make sure you give your stuff a look over. The delivery was about an hour past my window but they called to let me know.
