this is the worlds worst truck driving company I never thought I would say that after swift but Im saying it now, in the past my husband was supposed to be out only two weeks and they have kept him out for more than that several times, one time he had been out for a whole month and his boss said if I dont get a job for you by 4 oclock you can just drive home, he left before doing that and the night crew tried to give him a new job and then told him hed have to pay to drive home even though he had clearance to go,now we have gone two weeks without getting paid supposedly because theres a problem with payroll so truly my husband was not able to pay his phone bill and the only money we had had to go to medical bills we are paying, which oh by the way we are paying for medical insurance for over a month now and my son and I still are not covered, so he contacted his boss and said hey since I didnt get paid I wasnt able to pay my phone bill so if you need to get ahold of me contact me through datacom his boss said okay no problem and has been contacting in that way, my husband was supposed to come home because he got sick on the road and even had a doctor fax his boss a message saying he needed to come in, he was supposed to be home yesterday but instead of sending him home they had him take another load and then go to Dallas to their main station, didnt tell him what they needed him to do and you later found out it was something about a safety thing but then turns out its not there are firing him so he says why am I being fired, the bosss boss says its because you have not been answering her calls, so my husband tells the man my boss received a message from me saying that since I wasnt able to pay my phone bill because I didnt get paid that I cant receive calls, the bosses boss says we never got a message but my husbands boss replied okay no problem, when my husband brought this up the main boss said weve already put in the paperwork to fire you so its too late... So youre going to fire him because its your companys fault he wasnt able to pay his phone bill? You keep my husband away from are almost 3 year old and myself for weeks at a time and he had nothing to show for it, this is the worlds worst truck driving company and if you have a family I would urge you not to work here, so now we are overdraftin our bank because we dont have that income cowned for overdraft money that we shouldnt have owned for overdraft fees, so with him not getting any more money were going to be in debt until he can find a new job!! Thank you so much for making our lives hell and possibly jeopardizing our credit and ability to take care of our child, if I didnt have my family to fall back on we would be living on the streets because with him only sometimes making $200 a week 100 of which goes to the medical insurance we should be getting covered under but my son and I still are not, the money that we were getting was only for food and bills which now we cant even afford

This is one of Werners full service terminals. If you need something done, and done quick, this is the place to go. Shop is courteous and quick, the office personnel are there for the drivers, there is a motel right on site, and full driver facilities such as showers, laundry, vending, game room, CBT room and the works. Drawback is due to the size of the terminal, there is a lot of walking involved, not for the extremely out of shape. Administration building is separate from the drivers lounge, although there is a smaller lounge for waiting within the admin building. You can walk to the Pilot from here as well or take the courtesy van. Overall a great terminal from a great company.

Werner should take the sign down about they care. Yeah they care only about messing you over. Ive been with Werner 4 months. I have been having so many problems with the truck they assigned me to. The first truck they gave me broke down about 6 times. They pay you 50 dollars a day. Then the 2nd truck they gave me was full of roaches. They wouldnt change my equipment. I think that is so wrong. I dont know about you guys but me myself I cannot stand to look at one and for them to have me staying in them is not right. I mean this truck is your home. They should at least feel some type of way.

The company is excellent, I thing they are doing the best for their truck drivers. This terminal dont have too much fancy stuff but compare to other companies Werner is a luxury. Every terminal works a little bit different but is pretty much all same. Im really happy with Werner. Also just because one or two employees are not doing their job doesnt mean the hole company is bad. Remember you always can talk to management or HR is things get out of control. Good luck to all of you hoping the best.

Hotel sucks had mice in there. They dont take care of the truckers from what i experienced and if they mess up on something and they know they are at fault they will cover their ass real quick. Make sure you ask questions if your seeking employment there because once you mess up your 100 percent liable. The staff doesnt tell you everything you need to know until its too late. But their trucks are nice if thats all your looking for.

When I first started this terminal was pretty good but everytime I go back there it gets worse and worse. The company store is always closed for 1 reason or another. The drivers lounge is alright. The staff at the motel are rude and crude. People in the little waiting area watching TV, the staff decided to watch one of their movies behind the desk loud as hell and when asked to turn it down was totally ignored

Love the people who work the gate, minus one extremely rude lady. She has cussed me on to different occasions, she would let me leave the lot because I didnt make my BIL walk from the gate to the shop in 100+ degree weather, she didnt let the back of my car clear efore dropping the arm on the gate, just all around rude lady. The mechanics are great. Aside from this one lady the people here are amazing.

Worked for them for two weeks 18 years ago. Sounds like nothing has changed. Terrible company. Dispatcher will throw you under the bus just to cover his own butt. Management doesnt care what you have to say. Do yourself a favor and find a smaller company that will treat you like a person and not just another government subsidy that they get to deduct from their taxes.
