Long phone waits, miserable customer service. SEFLs call waiting system preaches customer service but they never truly practice it! Our gear and lighting product is nearly ALWAYS 3 to 5 days late when we have tight schedules on our projects to meet GC deadlines. They dont care though... It doesnt affect them or their bottom line!!

Either they have dishonest dispatchers or sorry drivers, but they have a bad habit of not showing up for a pick-up even when you give them plenty of time. I will definitely tell customers not to use this carrier.
