If there was a zero star rating. This company is an absolute JOKE! We got a phone call Monday to setup our TV delivery on Tuesday, no problem, setup delivery and went on our way. Tuesday... no TV, I called Wednesday to find out when the TV would be coming, I was promised a return phone call, SURPRISE! Never got a return phone call. Thursday called again, I was promised a phone call back again, and SURPRISE no phone call back. I called Friday, and asked where my tv was and why I hadnt gotten a call back. The guy (Mike) told me the dont even know where my tv is! And when I asked if I would actually get a phone call back he started laughing and says "PROBABLY NOT!" hahaha! I have never been treated so rudly by a customer service team. Save yourself the time and trouble and ship with someone else!!

They may call you to schedule your delievery appointment, but dont count on your items being delievered at the scheduled time; or any time close to it. My item has been out for delievery for 3 days and counting. Everytime I call I get a different person and they all make promises of you will get it today by (insert time here) time, and it never happens. They lie about attempting to deliver the package, I was home all day no one attempted to deliever anything. If you can get around using this frieght line do so.
