I personally worked for Holland as a mechanic from April 13 2016 to June 12 2017. I will start by saying that the people I worked with day to day were an excellent bunch of guys. However, the company itself is a different story. Holland is nothing more than a typical "starve shop". Now what I mean by that is the owners have no problem buying multi-million dollar homes and parading their new personal toys around the shop for everyone to see, but almost ALL of the equipment we were required to use in the shop is either dysfunctional and untrustworthy... or just plain broken. The alignment machine is completely outdated and inaccurate, both oil pumpers are untrustworthy, the battery tester does not work, and the tire balancing machine is also terribly inaccurate. It is very frustrating being forced to uses equipment that doesnt work every single day.

I dont even need to know how this company does its business, if its truck drivers try to kill you when crossing Snoqualmie Pass. Was going 5 over in a variable speed zone (under construction) and the truck driver decided to tail gate me, flash his brights at me, then sped around me and got over without a safe amount of room and nearly hit me with his truck. If I hadnt slammed on my breaks I would be dead. I will NEVER do business with a company that tries to kill people on the road.

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MALE DRIVER CARRING TRAILER H811 IN THE MOUNTAINS. THIS GUY SHOULD NOT HAVE CDLS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSAFE DRIVER. HE ALMOST CAUSE A VERY BAD ACCIDENT WITH TWO TRACTOR TRAILERS IN THE MOUNTAINS. AND I COULD TELL HE DIDNT CARE. IF THIS COMPANY EMPLOYEES DRIVE LIKE THIS GUY. NO ONE SHOULD EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND COMPANY DEFINITELY NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. YOUR KIND OF DRIVERS ARE NOT NEEDED NOR WANTED.

This company puts their profit margin before the maintenance of the equipment and safety of their drivers. They dont properly maintain the equipment and will charge - back drivers for breakdowns! They wash trailers in sub-zero temperatures so that brakes will lock up and can charge drivers for brand new tires! BEWARE, THEY ARE SLAVE DRIVERS!
