King of Freight contacted my business requesting that we use them for our trucking needs. We had a terrible experience with them and lost approximately $1600 . We scheduled a shipment with them, then canceled it days before it was scheduled to ship because we found a cheaper alternative for our client. I have confirmation that the load was canceled. King of Freight passed our account information at the storage facility where our product was stored to a trucking company they contracted and still allowed the load to be picked up and shipped to Colorado. I had to pay to have the load shipped back to Texas. King of Freight made no attempt to resolve the issue and do not respond to any emails or phone requests. We use trucking brokers and send our product all over the United States and King of Freight is the only broker we have had a serious issue with. We have had other brokers make mistakes, but they quickly corrected them. King of Freights manager blamed everyone else for the problem instead of resolving the issue. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and I will post the complaint number and details if King of Freight does not resolve the issue through the BBB. I do not recommend King of Freight because they have made no attempt to resolve this very serious issue we had, and the manager no longer answers the phone when I call. I have tried calling several numbers but I am unable to reach anyone. I sent an email to the email address listed on their web page and never got a response. Update: I attempted to settle this dispute through the BBB and was unsuccessful. The complaint details and responses can be viewed on the Nebraska Better Business Bureau website.

The broker I dealt with screwed me out of a TONU after one of my trucks set there for several hours only to discover the place didnt have a forklift to load him. I asked for a TONU and he just kept telling me hed check with his customer and call me back. Finally after I called him for the third time he tells me if my truck was still there hed pay it but we left and he couldnt. ( 4 hours later ) We had several LTL picking up that day and couldnt spend the day setting waiting on him and he knew it. These guys are a joke and we will not do business with them ever again, and I hope in the near future they get whats coming to people who screw other people out of money.

Primo service in an industry that its tough to find good service. Complaining carriers are just mad that they dont want to validate their services and who they are legally. Donna sounds mad like her phone number doesnt match the number on her government registered DOT account. Sounds like her problem. Sounds like if she would fix that, she wouldnt drive unnecessary miles and complain about her 1/4 tank of gas

Tried to haul a flatbed load for this broker, provided everything necessary including our COI from Insurance. They had an issue with a phone number mismatch on our DOT. We wasted an hour and a half of our time plus 1/4 tank of fuel traveling to the pickup "city" to speed things up. WORST experience with a broker hands down! AND This gets better they are 30 day pay!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! LIED ABOUT THE APPOITMENT, LIED ABOUT THE DETENTION. KEPT OUR DRIVER 2 DAYS AND DID NOT PAY HIM DETENTION. THEY SAID WE CAN DELIVERY ON SATURDAY AND THEY LIED SO WE CAN JUST TAKE THEIR LOAD BECAUSE NOBODY WAS GOING TO TAKE THE LOAD IF THEY TOLD US UPFRONT IT WOULD DELIVER ON MONDAY AND THAT WEEKENDS THE PLACE IS CLOSED.

They just charged us for a van carrying furniture, but they used a flatbed without a tarp. It was lucky nothing was damaged, as they moved 15 pallets of furniture completely unprotected from the elements.
