Terrible. So I ordered a treadmill from a company, a couple of days ago a different company which is AIT called to setup the delivery date. The ONLY questions she asked is, "Would I be home for deliver between 12-4pm Fri." So I am avail. A few moments ago I get a knock and when I answer the guy seems to be in a good mood(at least I thought so) he asked, "Are you expecting a delivery today?" I said Yes.. then he asked "Where do you want it?" ... I thought it was a joke ..I really did so I smiled and said here inside.... then he smacked his face and growled very loud, hard, and disgusted... so I saw it wasnt a joke and asked was there a problem? He answered very disgruntled and sarcastic.. "Yeah about 290lbs of it, and Im by myself and I have to bring it upstairs. I was so taken back I even offered to help if he could get it up the stairs.. he walked away frustrated saying hold on. So I called in to let AIT know..and the Dispatch apologizes but says to the delivery drivers defense they normally deliver to homes or first floor deliveries.I said if he needs a 2 man team its totally fine to reschedule.. he told me No, the driver said he needs it off his truck to make other pickups/deliveries. He said he was going to speak to him however I am disturbed still, and he hasnt come back upstairs to deliver... and I realized that my address has my Apartment number in the delivery address clearly, otherwise he would not have found my door. I have no control of how many people are sent, or knew how many boxes or how many pounds my delivery would be and I feel like Im the blame, even though they saw ahead of time this was an apartment building. I am so uncomfortable I dont even know what his attitude will be when he returns.

Worst delivery company ever!!! Not reliable, local office phone number is a joke. No prompts that give clear instruction. You call the number to set up home delivery and none of the prompts given state that. Its all personal voicemail boxes for billing, premier accts. Etc. Tried scheduling online but apparently they cant see that. I had to get a Web rep to call the local office for me. She set an appt for the 12th... I get an email saying its set for the 21st. At this rate Id rathe walk to get it
