Worst experience in my life. Cedric, I want to say it again Cedric! He is the single most dishonest, rude, self centered customer service representative Ive ever had the misfortune to talk with. He will lie to your face, and dodge your phone calls after he misplaced your freight and cant explain where or why he cant honor his delivery commitment. He forced me to take a day off work because I had to sign for delivery he never made. He was rude, condescending and extremely unprofessional to say the least. When it came within an hour of missing his delivery window he calls and surprise, he cant honor his word! After explaining that this was a Christmas gift and pleading with the man for some type of assistance, he cancels my freight charges, wow freight charges I never had to pay because it shipped for free and leaves me hanging with no explanation, no ping pong table for my kids and no reason for why he cant deliver or where it is for that matter, hope you never have to deal with this untruthful disrespectful company or its extremely rude and dishonest representative Cedric.

Horrible experience with my Target delivery through this company. Called four times to confirm the emails they sent regarding arrival were correct so I could be home to receive the package. In the end, took off work and no package delivered. Called and was told they would leave me a message with a time frame and call 30 mins before arrival. No call for time frame and no 30 minute warning. My apt. Complex called and asked if I was home, I explained I could be in 10 mins and they refused to wait. I would understand that if they had done what they said and it was my fault for not being home, but that wasnt the case. Ended up having to rent a dolly just to get it inside. Will be writing bad reviews everywhere I can. Called Customer Service- they said they would use as a coaching opportunity, hope they do.

Delivery was 3 weeks late. Was never called to schedule delivery, so I called them and set up a time. They never showed.... Called back to reschedule since I was never notified about the missed delivery and again, they missed my delivery date. Still waiting on my package. Would give 0 stars if I could....

Tell you they will contact you for delivery and time and date and never showed up called them and say it be until next week what the hell
