Scheduled a drop off time and date with me and I hired my flooring guys to come in for that day. Then on the scheduled day without any apologies, they cancelled it to the following day and scheduled it for the morning delivery. I asked if they were for certain going to deliver it by that time because Ill be getting my flooring guys to come in, and they told me a resounding yes. This time, we were just left waiting there. Not even a call saying that they cant make that delivery time. When I called them, the first time they hung up on me. Second time, they just put me on hold and when I finally talked to the man who was the supervisor, he was very unapologetic, and just had this attitude of yeah yeah but what are you gonna do about it?. He then proceeded to tell me that the goods may not even get delivered till the following Monday. Absolutely hideous customer service and the worst reliability. Getting goods delivered to your customers is what your entire business is about, and you do it in an appalling way. Your company will not last if you continue operating like this.

We receive freight from all over and from every freight company and southeastern is by far the worst. The majority of the freight is damaged in some way. The drivers always have a bad attitude and always blame the shipper for the damage. Would never choose them to ship anything out and always request anyone but them on anything coming in.

Material estimated to deliver 4 days ground... tracking showed it was in town on the 5th day and took another 2 days to show up onsite. No weather issues and terrible customer service response when trying to track down delivery.

Terrible. They shipped our products to the wrong city and ended up 4 days late, when it finally arrived our packages were in shambles and completely destroyed. Awful customer service, they are neither fast nor reliable.
