I have been to this location a handful of times and it has always been a pleasant experience. Today was a different story. They quoted us almost double the shipping charge that FedEx quoted online, and when we brought that up, the man got visibly annoyed and acted as if we entered the information wrong. We had not. Given that, we opted to buy our own label online and have PakMail print it for us. We had forwarded a few emails to print and they charged a "technology fee" of $2 to open each email on top of the printing fee. This would be okay had I not asked and specifically been told that there would only be ONE technology fee charged. The man even yelled from the back that she should charge us another! You might want to be a bit kinder to your customers and not treat them like idiots if you want them to return. There are several shipping centers near this location; we will gladly use them instead.

This store is not a direct Fed Ex or UPS store and for that reason all of the wieners that complain about higher prices and forget about the convenience that this store brings I say bully on you. I have been to this store numerous times and only received the highest service and have always felt they treated people with this upmost respect. Please understand when you go to an outlet, you are going for convenience for your comfort. I for one would recommend this store and have many times driven past other stores to come to this one because of the professionalism.

Not a good business. I sent a package to my friend and gave one of the employees my address book to print out a label with my friends address. The employee wrote down the wrong street address and the package came back undelivered. They tried to send it again once the typographical error on the address label was corrected and it came back again. Two months later my package is still not sent, and pak and mail didnt offer me a refund for the postage and the padded envelope i bought there. Not a good business in my book! - Sarah

This owner discriminates against minorities and minority owned businesses. He actually refused to open a PO Box for our business after we had already paid for the PO Box. Do not take your business to this Pak Mail location.

I went into Pak Mail with a 3x5 card with my address for shipping printed on it. The Pak Mail team took the time to verify the address... which is a good thing as I was sending my package to a vacant lot due to a typo!!

I opened a mailbox with them and it was a great experience. The lady was very nice. Their mailbox somehow is cheaper than UPS store. It is way more pleasant to deal with them than the UPS store on Anderson Mill.

Needed a DHL envelope for a prepaid drop off. Kid at the counter lectures me on how they have to pay for their supplies! Whaaat!! Dont go here... there are many other better choices in the vicinity
