Hont Global Services is the best thing that ever happened to me with regards to freight forwarding business. I experienced a last minute disappointment during my wedding preparations and my friend introduced me to Hont Global. The level of professionalism and excellent customer service is out of this world. All my packages were delivered within 7 days and in perfect condition. And surprisingly... their pricing was very reasonable. What I appreciated the most was their level of understanding and empathy, I was reassured again and again that my packages will be delivered before my wedding and they kept their word!!! I will recommend Hont Global again and again to anyone who wants exceptional freight forwarding services, they are simply the best!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! VERY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They lost my package and stop answering my phone calls. The Lagos and Houston offices kept going back and forth with no clue of where and what happened to the package. VERY DISJOINTED ORGANIZATION!!!!! I physically went to the Houston office, met a bunch of clueless staff. As expected, they had no idea where the shipment was. A manager told me he will investigate and call me the following day. Of course, I have not heard from him as I write!!!! I will suggest that you do not send any shipment of value through them!!!!!!
