I am an educated woman and budgeted properly for certain jobs based on full retail costs for materials and their labor...I had a hunch they were gouging me because the billing was WELL over what I had budgeted...and mind you... its not my first time up for bat... so I decided to give them a very simple job - one that I KNEW wasnt going to cost that much to do...but guess what... two visits and another $1400...it was clear - they were not being honest. They charged me a massive $166.41 for 3 GFI outlets... tops full retail....probably $16.00 each for really good ones. Their charge for each was $55.47 each PLUS labor - two guys $60.00 an hour EACH. My guess is - one guy could have done it. Moving forward, if you are a single female - use another company - a more reputable honest company. I dont begrudge anyone a profit...its the amount that disgusts me. I trusted them and they gouged me. No more calls to A Plus. Customer Lost.

This is a big scam. They charge close to $500 for a main switch part, $400 for 3 small switches. The only thing they are upfront about is labor which is $125 per hour. I am OK with this. I deal with tons of contractors and they are the worst. I called them because they are the one that can come the same day. The electrician who I typical goes to is not available. Now looking back, that is why they have same day opening because they have no business. They are rude and have no patient. Stay away from them. I wish I would have read the online review before using them.

This company takes advantage of women fo sure. I asked them if the job would cost a thousand and they said NO NO not at all ..... My bill was 1300 with no warranty at all . Do not use this greedy service they are not honest !!
