I dont like it. Everytime I try to call or either go in person? Is if they are always mad. Theres this lady. Sherielle? She always has an attitude and talks to me if I were dumb. Worst associate ever. I have worked in customer service for 10 years and not once have I ever treated a patron or customer like that. She always as this smart rude attitude and every time I have her? Is always a problem. The other employee with long hair thats usually on the left side is wonderful. I had a package that was delayed and I wanted to pick it up. She gave me a reason why I had to wait another day ,but she told me in a gracious way. Like she made me happy that I had to wait for another day! Which is rare! But with Sherlly, Sheffield? Whatever her name is thats starts with an S? Is terrible. Every time I get her, I always have a problem and its seems like I have to argue with her every time Im there. Update: 08/28/2015 There was a little issue with delivering one of my packages ,but Yolanda is a great person to solve problems. Shes very helpful and friendly. Love her!

People where helpful. I ship a lot threw ebay so I go there and in the lobby Thay have a scale to check out the weight of your package and it will give you the price so I can tell my custome r price to ship so I get go back home tell customer price. Customer pays and I print label on line bring to post office and Thay tell me wrong price that the weight is wrong and I have to pay more. So told them how I got the price and she told the scale is broken in the lobby and it gives the wrong weight and its been like that for a long time. All Thay needed to do is unplug it and put a sign on it out of service. Before it happens to them.

I will never come to this post office again after my experience with one of the employees here named Mark Williams. He is always mean, has an attitude, and is rude. He crossed the line one day when he yelled at me because I asked him if I could get express shipping on a package. He didnt even ask me how I wanted to send the package, just assumed that I wanted first-class shipping. I reported him but he still works there and I dont want to be bothered anymore; I will just spend my money at another post office where I will be treated with common courtesy.

The people here are rude and always talk to each other while theres a big line waiting. They take their sweet ass time and act like they dont want to be there. If you dont want to be there then dont go to work because people dont want to deal with your attitude. Always a big line because they move like turtles and dont care that people are standing there waiting. An employee who works there, I think his name is mark, hes bald, always looks at you like you are another bother he has to deal with. Very unprofessional.

Had to call several times to track my package. The Customer Service was great however that alone is not enough when there no initiative taken to the package to the correct location. The result ended in the package being returned back to sender when it did NOT have to. And l have to now contact an online Customer Service through email only to resend the package.
