I called about a certified letter, as a noticed had been delivered to my house. The guy cut me off in mid conversation and informed me that the "notices are deliver for the purpose of letting you know that there is a letter." I informed him that I understood that, as I have two Masters degrees and I didnt need his condescension. I just needed to know if it was still there, as I had been out of town for a few days and the notice was marked that it would be returned today. In another snotty tome he asked, "do you know when it was delivered?" Obviously I didnt as I was out of town, so I asked for his name. Fitting him, he stated his name was, "Ralph." I asked, "Ralph, can I speak to your boss? Ralph stated, "Well, I am the postmaster. Sadly, Ralph the Postmaster, was a jerk to me. I just hope I still receive my mail and that he doesnt go a bit "POSTAL" in the neighborhood.

We have a mail carrier who claims to be scared of dogs and will stop delivering your mail for weeks when in reality we have caught him tormenting our dog through the window. He will stand in front of our window to get a reaction from our dog instead of dropping off the mail and leaving. The post office needs to stop blaming us and start blaming the post carrier. This man needs to go to another neighborhood or get disciplinary actions for tormenting our dog through the window

I wish I could remember this female associate name that answer the phone on 5/18/2016 around 10.15 am she hung up on me twice saying that she has a tech. problem unwiling to help, rude, disrespectfull, hope you wont get to speak to her.

A different experience for me. Dennis answered the phone when I called and helped me track down a package I shipped to an address served by this USPS Station. Very helpful and courteous.
