Absolutely terrible terrible service! Mailman recently decided he doesnt need to pickup my outgoing mail, even after numerous signs I have left on my mailbox to please pickup my mail. Funny tho, he snatched the Christmas tip real quick, so I guess he does know how to pick up mail. Then called the post office to make a complaint and get stuck in a automatic loop repeating the same thing over and over that it is a 45 min wait. I finally hung up after an hour, I assume they werent actually open but didnt have enough decency to tell their customers that they were closed, choosing instead to let the customer sit on the phone and become more and more frustrated. Jokes on them I guess b/c now Ill be forced to take a trip in person to complain at the actual post office, they probably should have just answered the damn phone. WTH happened to customer service. OK UPDATE....I sent an email online and Alan called me back the next day and apologized and gave me the direct number there so it wouldnt happen again and explained there are 2 carriers on my route and he will talk to both of them. Alan seemed pretty apologetic and very nice to call me back right away. Im not so mad anymore. Well see if they pick up the mail now. LOL

recently I sent a package with a card attached. well...he received the card but no package. Did I fail to mention that since your prices have skyrocketed it cost me about nine dollars to send that little package? I dont get it... people are out of work, the economy is in not so good shape, everywhere prices are dropping..that is, except for your wonderful post office and at the insurance companies where they chose to raise our prices.

I went into this office today to get information regarding a not so common mailing issue! The staff was professional, knowledgeable & kind! The manager I spoke to was Kurt! He took the time to listen & answer my not so common questions! He assisted a great deal and was able to inform me of the best step to take next! Customer service doesnt get better then what I received at this post office today!! Thank you for your time & hospitality!

Lived in the area since 2013 and I see nothing substandard about this post office. The lines are not long when I go there, I imagine at lunch time they might be. The people are generally friendly and I have never had a problem getting boxes or services. We also like our postman...he is friendly and always has a smile.

There is only one person here who is nice! There were several times where two different women were rude! Have an attitude and they hide their rules for credit carda behind counter and expect me to use my xray vision to see this. I still go because I have to ship my stuff! But I hate the custome service! Ita BS!

Called at 5am to get my mail delivery restarted should have been delivery yesterday this was a vacation stop 5 times now I had to call to have them deliver my mail when I called this time the woman who answered said do you know what time it is very unprofessional

Came in today to mail a book via media mail, but apparently my book wasnt eligible to be sent. The male (Asian) clerk was rude and extremely unhelpful. Did not send anything here. Went to another post office nearby and was able to send package easily.

This post office NEVER HAS the flat rate boxes I need out in the self serve area. Makes it a huge inconvenience when I need to come mail after hours!
