Truly the worst post office. They have delivered 2 packages to the wrong place. Currently have 2 with unupdated tracking since FEBRUARY 6TH! AND 2 that magically disappeared today. Called & they were no help. Said that the driver scanned packages in front of house and thats proof they were delivered ( not unless u have security cameras its not??? ) they accused my neighbors of stealing! I told them after 4 lost previous packages and wrongful address deliveries in which my neighbors walked over to my house, I think not. They took 0 responsibility and barely course of action. I was told the driver would drive over to talk to me & I saw him outside, went to walk out & he drove off. So I called back & she said "no he wasnt coming to talk he was coming to see if they were on the porch" really??? Im not Hellen Keller lol obviously I wouldve seen them if they were there. Absolutely ghastly customer service & very questionable workers considering all my packages keep being missing. Ive lived here my entire life and have always used Amazon Prime and other sites with no issues until the last 5 months. Ridiculous. I prefer to shop online and order a ton, I guess theyre gonna walk to the stores and buy my stuff since they cant do their job of getting packages from A to B very well. Extremely disappointed, especially with finger pointing to everyone except themselves. I first spoke with Cory and then a woman who gave me mega attitude, as well as my fiancé when he called later on. No packages for me, only left Secondhand embarrassment for this place. Also cant go past a certain amount of reported stolen packages, so now I look like a thief to cover these peoples asses! Disgusting.

I submitted my application back in march of 2017 with my friend. In April of 2017, they received their passport while I received a letter stating my picture was incorrect and had to be redone. I applied for the passport with this post office and I wish I never did, especially with my departure date being 2 months away, but by being 8 weeks I assumed it was fair. Now that it is now May and my trip is in a few weeks, Im worried that Ill have to pay $70 to expedite my process because the post office passport employee accepted a picture that wouldnt pass the passport agencys guidelines. Back in March when I applied for the passport at the post office, they stated everything including the picture was acceptable and now I might not go on my trip. Im not looking forward to paying $70 to expedite this process, seeing how it wasnt my fault.

I dont mind long lines if they keep moving... but these dont move. The employees are not necessarily rude and in fact some are really nice but overall, they are non-chalant... They dont seem to care how many employees they serve during their day so they serve as few as possible and as slow as possible. I have sent two packages from this location within a one month period, and both did not arrive at their destination. I use the UPS store now. Shipping is too expensive (not to mention the contents of your package) to not have your package make it to its destination. Trust is vital when shipping and I just dont trust this post office.

I went here with my family to get passports. I truly feel sorry for the girl who was being trained to do passports because the gal training her COMPLETELY messed ours up!! The pics taken were not acceptable because its more of an off blue than white. Also, she made a copy of my husbands EXPIRED passport for docs needed for my childrens passport applications. 6 weeks later I received a non-approval for both children with only 2 weeks to go for our international travel.

Workers have always been nice to me which is amazing after dealing with some of the customers I have seen. I think its hilarious that people complain about having to wait 5-10 minutes in line to mail something where ever they want in the country or overseas. Almost always see people parking in the fire lane in front of the building or in the handicap spots so they dont have to walk an extra few feet. Stop being so entitled and appreciate the what USPS does for us.

my husband and i recently sent an international package. it has been more than 3 weeks and our family hasnt received the package, they claim they are not responsible for anything even before it gets to the destination! they even charged us about 70 dollars to send it? then who is responsible? this is ridiculous

My experience at the Westmont Post Office was actually quite pleasant. The person I spoke to about a change of address form was very polite to me, and the line moved quite quickly, I was only there for about 15 minutes. Most post offices get crowded and slow... cut them some slack!

Every time i go in here the ladies behind the counter are going out of there way to help each customer like theyre the only in in the store. Everyone here should understand that some people require special attention, usually not the ladies helping people out.

The workers are all very friendly when we go here (some of the customers though are real jerks; worse than Ive seen in any store. I dont know how the staff manages to deal with them so patiently, but they do!)

This is the only post office that I can go to and everyone is polite and friendly. Theyre always nice here. Sometimes a little slow, but its worth it to deal with friendly people instead of rude workers.

Everyone I have dealt with has been very kind and pretty quick. The annoying part of going to the post office usually has more to do with the other customers than the workers.

SLOW. Worlds slowest employees combined with the average customer that doesnt know how to mail a letter, make visiting here quite a spectacle.

Avoid at all costs. Long lines, old crappy equipment...is it any wonder the USPS is being beaten by Internet shipping and online bill pay?

Lawrence is without a doubt, the nicest, most helpful employee Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting with at a post office.
