Had a USPS package that was marked undeliverable as addressed and could not be returned to the sender. After a month of waiting in limbo, I got a call from Max Stock at the Palatine processing center saying he received the package a couple days ago and I could come pick it up. Turns out it was going to go to dead mail but Max used his own personal time to find my contact information and get ahold of me so that wouldnt happen. Amazing customer servivce from Max. He truely cares about his customers.

Try to steer clear as possible away from this post office they will not give you your mail Ive been waiting three days overdue for my mail tried to stay away from this. Post office theyll make you very upset when you pay for something and you cant have it because Im by simply being careless to be honest I wish I could give it zero stars but when is the lowest I could go

This Postal Facility is a Mail Processing Plant, there is NO Window Service, or Stamp Machines. However, you can mail your letters and small packages at this facility, but they have to be already pre-stamped.

As a mail processing plant, trucks leave here for distant destinations. This is a great place to mail stuff that has to get there soon; I had great results on mail going to the Twin Cities.
