Called about a missing package that was sent from cook county hospital/pharmacy. It contained urgent medicines for my diabetic mother.. The lady who answered phone, would not even look up package with the reference number. She: "We deliver what we get. If you did not get it, you will get it next day" Me: "Mam, tracking info shows you received it on 24th Jan and today is the 1st of Feb, but no delivery attempted. My mom has been without medicines for a week and we have been going to all nearby post offices. Can you please look it up at least, mam ?" : She: "No" I then followed up with a call to Hanover Park USPO. Spoke to Sue Smith. She also refused to look it up saying, I am giving her a wrong reference number (the same number works for me online) Me: "Its important medicines. Would you please help trace it for me?" Sue: "All medicines are important." Me: "This number works..it worked for me when I looked up online" Sue: "If you looked up- what did it say" Me: "Said, its at Hanover Park PO." Sue: "If we have it, we will deliver it" Me: "Can you please track it and see is there? Sue: "You are giving me too many numbers" Totally unhelpful, rude and arrogant. One wonders why USPS still exist funded by our tax money.

I HATE THIS POST OFFICE!!! The staff rude, unfriendly and lack professionalism! The lines are long azz hell and the staff is lazy and slow! They should fire everyone who works there! If you have plans for that day DO NOT go into this post office, not even for a damn postage stamp! You will be there at least a freaking hour!! They make me sick! Went there twice and forgot to tape my god and was refused their service to leave a freaking package!! Unless I purchase their expensive tape! I wish they shut this greedy petty, slow azz post office down and they all lose their jobs, because they dont appreciate having a freaking job! Lazy bastards! Fire all of their sorry asses and board up the doors! They will NEVER see me again! Jerks!

I had an altercation today with one of their employees on my front porch. I was in the restroom when she was delivering a package and I hurried down to answer after and she was already in her truck. I called for her saying I was sorry and I was in the restroom and she gave me attitude saying she knocked and threw my package at me. Unreal treatment from her. I just moved to the streamwood area and I have never met a mailman or woman so rude. I believe she should be repremanded and held accountable. That is not how you treat customers. I wonder how she treats the elderly when they cant get to the door in an efficient amount of time that she likes. I will be calling Monday to speak to her manager because that was truly unbelievable.

I waited to post this in hopes they would improve. However, after several visits, over the last few months, I dont see this happening. The service here is atrocious. Whether calling in or walking in, the employees have by far been the rudest Ive dealt with at any customer service related place. I put my mail on hold and chose to pick it up. I called in and was told to go to another P.O. After 3 days and several post offices stating that I would need to retuen here, the lady still refused to help. Finally a manager, from anothet store at that, resolved my issue. This was just the most severe of the problems.

You guys have to care about your customer but it looks like you are trying to get rid of your customers. I was not able to attend to the science fair that happens once in a year because the package that my projects part was neither delivered nor I was able to pickup. I am just saying you have to improve your service please. You guys are no different than the cops, firemen, or any social worker. I know how stressful it can get. Please, improve your service towards customers. Thank you

The good: Ive visited this location many times and had good customer service from the people at the counter. The bad: if you drop your letters in the mail box, it will take at least 10 days to arrive at the destination. Meanwhile your bills will be late and you will have accrued the late charges. If you need to mail a bill and have it arrive on time, you are better of going to Schaumburg (either post office) or Carol Stream.

Im not one to complain, and Im completely understanding in most circumstances, however, never have I encountered such rude employees in my entire lifetime. If there were a 0 star option, Id be sure to use it. Completely untrustworthy, unreliable, and uncaring, the people working here are the worst Ive ever seen. I refuse to ship anything USPS anymore just because of my multiple terrible experiences at this location.

Nothing wrong with this location--Friendly and effective counter staff. You want to see long lines & chaos, go to locations in the City or near suburbs, then compare the two. I have to commend the Letter Carrier serving my neighborhood, (006) He is always efficient, an encyclopedia of mail knowledge, and professional. I know its far from easy work delivering all the on-line shopping I do.

Outstanding client service. 15 clients 5 min before closing and all employees are calm and helpful. I was helped by a black gentleman who walked me through the automated machine for printing labels professionally and was very courteous. Honeslty surprised. You get this kind of service in high class stores. Keep up the good work!

So many bad reviews. I have had nothing but good experiences at the post office and on the many times I have had to have my mail held. Yes, sometimes the lines are long at the post office, but the employees have always been pleasant and handle each person as quickly as they can. I give them kudos for a difficult job well done!

Called them about 100 small priority flat rate boxes and the lady said come pick them up. Sent a employee there and they told me no way had to order online. I will not even use them anymore for anything. I always tried to help them as i know they need jobs as well. Now the heck with the USPS. I dont have to use them anymore.

Most postal services are ok, at least mediocre. This one is pretty bad with a bad attitude. When I asked them why they charge me additional fees to receive a package, the old lady said contemptuously: I dot work for free . Well you dont, cos shipper already paid the postage. They just want more.

I ordered a package from Amazon and i havent got it, they put on tracking saying that gave it to the resident. Damn Lie nobody at my house got it. Also they put a note for package pickup. i went there they told me they hadnt got anything. Now i got lost hope i dont know what to do !!!!

I cant believe how rude this lady is. I was trying to buy a stamp and I was already throughout the first doors and the lady saw me and she locked the door in my face at 5:59 and they close at 6:00pm. I thought that was extremely rude. I would not recommend going to this post office
