Ive been using this location for about half a year when I started selling things on Ebay because its closest to my home. Ive sold 500+ items and none of my customers have had their package lost. They ship fast and its reliable service. Theres less of a wait than the Elgin North Grove location, even though the Elgin location is much bigger. The close at 5pm though so if I cant make it in time, I use the Elgin post office since that one closes at 6:30pm.

I was wondering if anyone would know why something would be sent back from a post office unless I took it there myself. For some reason, I havent gotten any of my mail for two weeks and everyone is telling me it was returned back to sender.. I am just curious.

I go out of my way to drop off packages to this post office. The employees there are friendly and very helpful and I have never had to wait in line. I wish the Elgin post offices were as pleasant.
