Staff are very rude. No matter what time of day it is, I wait in a line for 10-15 mins or more. Our mailbox was accidentally knocked down a few weeks ago, and they have since stopped delivering our mail altogether. They didnt even inform us, we had to drive there and find out ourselves. We get packages as well and they dont even leave notices on our door that we have some waiting. I have personally seen drivers skip our house after going to the one before ours, even as I am walking down the driveway to collect our mail from them. Poorest customer service Ive ever had.

You think your experience was bad, I waited 4 1/2 hours for a package they couldnt find. So I finally left 10 minutes before closing, they called me to come back because they found it but instead I walked in to 3 police officers that wanted to know what I was doing there all day. They actually called the police on me for loitering after they told me to keep coming back to check...I had to go back the next day for the package.

Worst post office on the planet. Delivery driver refused to deliver parcels to my home. No one will rectify or explain the situation. Been dealing with the problem for months and months and NOTHING! Not a word. Why? I am the customer and consumer. I do not have a choice. I do not have a say. Why?

Confirmed mail hold beginning 2/10 mail still being delivered. Trying to call st. Charles p o but wait time to speak with someone 30-40 minutes. Lucky for me my neighbor is checking for me. Very iffy service from this post office.

We have been living in this area for five months and continue to have issues with mail delivery and pickup. Even after speaking with this post office several times, these issues have not been resolved.

Everytime I go there i wait 20min in line no matter what time of day. The tellers are slow as hell and act like they really hate life, you and their job all at the same time.
