I only have great things to say about everyone at this particular location. I have lived all over the state and I can honestly say the powers that be should have these guys go around to a few of the other locations and teach them people skills. These guys know when to be friendly and when to turn it back to being real professional. You all are definitely some of the folks I will miss most after I move. Hope the folks in Washington are half as nice.

I live on west side of Aurora & refuse to go downtown to the Aurora P.O. and wait in their lines to be treated like a number. North Aurora employees and I get along great. They are very nice, its smaller, less traffic, you can get in and out very quickly (I go before or after lunch), and shipments arrive on time or early! I have been taking my 1-4x per mo avg, shipments there for over 6 years. They are awesome!

I had to have something sent to me from Illinois to Florida. It was sent 01/21/2009 first class and it still has not arrived today 01/30/2009. Very poor delivery. When I sent something from Florida to Illinois, it was sent late on a Saturday and arrived at the destination address on Monday in regular mail delivery. Very good delivery.

On two different occasion I paid to have something delivered priority mail and it took two weeks to deliver. I sent a money order and they lost it Im the mail and didnt want to refund it even tho I had my receipt and the stub from the money order. I now drive to naperville to send any of my mail.

bad experience with mail hold request - The mail held was delivered a day later than expected when we returned from our trip AND not all mail/packages were delivered. Still trying to get the rest of it!

Being new to the North Aurora area, this is definitely my top post office to go too. I drive a little bit farther to go here, due to friendly staff, and them always being quick. Recommended!

It is a very nice and small Post Office in North Aurora. During peak hours it does get busy. The window clerks are very friendly and do their best to hurry the line along.
