Terrible post office with awful service. The carriers are constantly losing your mail and putting your packages in someone elses box and have your tracking number showing delivered, but it was not delivered to you. So you have to call the supervisor and try to find out what happened to your package which is very annoying. Then they tell you that they will investigate and get back to you which never happens. You have to end up calling them back. Good luck on getting thru. When you go in there, they act as if they are doing you a favor by servicing you? When its the customers who are keeping them employed. Its funny how they ask you to go on line and complete the survey and the service is getting no better. So why bother? I dont even bother to use the USPS anymore unless its to mail a package...and then I sometime use FED EX or UPS. The Bolingbrook Post Office has maybe only 2 workers who actually have a great personality. The rest are just downright RUDE! If they are unhappy with their job and dont want to be there(especially on Sat) then they should just QUIT and find another line of work.

Ok, we went in to renew my 6yr olds passport at 9:30am, there was no posting of their passport hours and they made us wait till 10am. Then they didnt take us until 10:25am after I had to ask them a second time if they were going to be providing the service today. Our forms were filled out and they then tell us that they were out of photo film and I cant believe that after all the wait they told us to go to Walgreens to get the pictures taken and to come back to finish her package. Be prepared to be fully serviced in an hour or more if you get there after 10am. And the attitude on their faces of us making them work is just precious. Its a big location and not enough workers to get the people out fast. The manager of this location needs to be made aware that his location needs help or needs to get better personnel.

As a small business I will never give one cent to this Bolingbrook organization and this is coming from a young entrepreneur/ college graduate... . Mrs Miguire the post master general, contracted our business to do snow removal there.. after ignoring invoicing until service was stopped. Then refusing to pay because she said she never contracted us... never have I dealt with someone so unprofessional and childish.. we had to retain and attorney to collect however you cant sue a government owned entity in local court you have to sue them in federal court.. long story short beware who you work closely with. Not everyone has the same good faith intentions.. specially the ring leader of this circus...

Lived in bolingbroom for years. Theybhave gave my maim away to my neighbors on several occasions. My neighbors have moved so kord knows where the mail is going now. Someone sent me something very valuable in the mail. It had been several days since i gotten any mail come to find out the mail person claimed to give my mail away to some random person outside. Now i am out of 1000$. I complained to the post office and spoke to a supervisor a black woman with a name starting with a T she was rude, unprofessional and didnt care. I had to go to police they did nothing. Then called the post office police and waiting for results. They need new employees. Terrible service

Ordered a package. Paid extra to get it sooner. Tracking said it was delivered. Instead there was a notice that it wasnt delivered. The note said they would deliver the next day at 830 if i filled out the note. Filled it out. Double-checked it. Triple-checked it. The next day the note was gone but my package wasnt there. This package is much smaller than other packages that have been delivered to my locked mailbox or the postal locker. Theres no reason to withhold the package that I paid a premium to receive sooner.

Our mail carrier has broken our mailbox twice because she doesnt want to walk the packages up to the door. When she does, the boxes are tossed onto the porch. A package I was tracking said it arrived at the Bolingbrook post office, but never went out. I called and was told to call the toll free number, who then told me to call the local office. Long story short, after dozens of calls they delivered it two and a half months later.

I went in yesterday and asked them to hold a package because it was something expensive and didnt want it stolen. They lady said sure we can do that. I look today and it says out for delivery! I called to ask what happened and a "supervisor" said they dont hold packages. The USPS doesnt hold packages. Yeah right ok. They do at every other Post office in the US but not this one. This is Bullsh**

I frequently mail packages in odd sizes, and its easier for me to stop in and mail than to print labels at home and try to make them fit. Everyone has always been friendly and I cant remember ever having a bad experience with anyone working there. Any problems Ive had with the USPS were from misdirected mail by the distribution centers- completely out of the control of the local facility.

I had a very nice experience at this facility applying for our kids passports, we came after going to another facility in Romeoville were we felt discriminated by the lady who didnt even tried to help us. Here we were treated so nice and the lady who took care of us was very polite and worked fast to try and get us out of there with our kids. I definitely recommend this facility

As a military service member in an emergency, tried calling to get a price estimate to overnight a package. Both individuals on the phone, one woman and one man, were short, rude, and unwilling to spend a moment to look up a number on their computers.

Would not take my package because US POST OFFICE does not accept duck tape. I went to another post office they said its fine that theres no rule on duck tape. People there did not seam friendly at all will go to other town from now on.

Marla is a true Postal worker. She gave me a wrote unpleasant diatribe and was extremely rude. I know the PO is union, and we have to tolerate ANY behavior, but its 2103 and rudeness should not be tolerated. Hope her retirement is soon.

Always having issues with missing or unscanned packages I send out from there. I drive extra miles to another location so I dont have to deal with these issues!
